Chicken breast with potatoes - in the HOT PAN pan

We put the hot pan to heat to 190 degrees, it is ready when the red light goes out.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Season the meat with chicken spices.

Put the slices of meat and potatoes in the pan, salt, pepper, season to taste, pour the soup mixed with wine over and leave at 190 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 150 degrees for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and filling with water if necessary. Lower the temperature to 120 degrees and leave until the potatoes have softened (if necessary, add more water, but at the end, when everything is ready, there should be no liquid left).

Serve hot.
