Re: Baked pork ribs

it seems very good to me, however I allow myself to give you my recipe which according to me is no less good.
I put the ribs in the marinade in the evening in a marinade of 2-3 bay leaves, black peppercorns, a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme, three or four cloves of crushed garlic and a bottle of 500ml unfiltered brown beer.
the next day I put in a tray a few wooden sticks just so that the meat does not touch the bottom of the tray, I put the meat over, I pour half of the marinade sauce in the tray, I sprinkle a little coarse salt in the oven at 120-130 degrees covered with aluminum foil for at least 3 hours. after three hours if the meat is done (soft) I sprinkle it with BBQ sauce and put it in the oven on the grill position for 20 minutes or until the meat is browned. be careful not to burn the BBQ sauce. good appetite.

Method of preparation

Wash the ribs well and place them in the tray in which I put a thin layer of oil (about 1-2 glasses).
Cut the carrot into slices, the potatoes into cubes.
Sprinkle spices to taste.
Add 1 glass of wine and then enough water to cover the meat and vegetables (3-4 glasses).
Bake on medium heat for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown.
When they are ready, place them on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Decorate with slices of tomatoes and fresh basil.

Potato recipes: Fan potatoes

To prepare fan potatoes we needed:

  • 12 potatoes of the right size
  • a clove of garlic
  • 100 -200 grams of cheese
  • two tablespoons of soft butter (at room temperature)
  • half a bunch of chopped parsley
  • salt

How to prepare baked potatoes:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then we cut them into slices, but not at all. Slice them lightly so that the base remains intact. After that, mix the butter with the parsley and salt. We take each potato and grease it with this mixture, including it among the slices. Then, in the created spaces, we put a slice of cheese and a few slices of garlic. We place them in the pan and put them in the oven heated to 180 degrees, for about 50 minutes or until they soften and brown nicely.

Marinated Pork Ribs, Carrots and Baked Potatoes

Place the meat on an aluminum foil. Mix the ground spices in a bowl then place 3/4 on the fleshy side of the ribs. Rub these on the meat and then put the rest of the spices on the edges and on the bone side. In the same bowl, mix the soy sauce, Worcestershire and Frank's. Pour evenly over the meat, distributing lightly. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring two pans to a boil with water and a little salt. If you have new potatoes, put them in one of the pans with water when it boils and if you have old potatoes, put them in the beginning when the water is cold. In 90% Boil, strain them and let them cool. Put the carrots in the other pan and boil them in a percentage of 70%, then strain and set them aside.

In a bowl, mix the garlic and olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 180 C (gas 4). Take the meat out of the fridge, peel off the foil and arrange it in a tray. Grease it with a little olive oil then place the ribs face down. Cover them with another aluminum foil. Put in the oven and set the clock for 30 minutes.

Lightly mash the potatoes. Remove the tray from the oven (after 30 minutes) and place the potatoes next to the ribs (do not take the foil off the ribs). Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper over the potatoes. With a teaspoon, put olive oil and garlic on top. Put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes, then take the foil off the meat and leave for another 15 minutes.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Remove the pan and grease the meat with sauce on top. Put the tray back in the oven but move to the grill. Leave for 1-2 minutes or as crispy as you want. Turn off the grill and leave the tray with ribs and potatoes in the oven with the door cracked for at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile, fry carrots in butter in a pan and season.

Remove the ribs, portion and serve with carrots and potatoes.

* Depending on the thickness of the meat on the ribs, it should not be at a temperature less than 71 c (160 f).
This recipe is among my favorites in the pork ribs category. The combination of ingredients gives a great taste. If you make them at bbq they will be even better.

Pork ribs with baked potatoes

The recipe for pork ribs with baked potatoes was a delicious choice for lunch today. A few days ago I invited some friends to a barbecue, but because I had a lot of meat, I kept 4 pork ribs for another recipe. On Friday the wind was blowing in my fridge, so I prepared a simple and quick lunch with the remaining pork ribs, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic and thyme.

The recipe with ribs is really very simple, it can be an idea for lunch or even for dinner, if you prefer a richer meal.

I greased the missing ribs with a little oil, salt, pepper and thyme, then left them in the fridge for about 1 hour. You can keep them longer if you want (2-3 hours). If you want, you can also use a little sweet or hot paprika, but this time I chose to make them without them, they were delicious!

Here's how I make a recipe for tender and juicy pork ribs in the oven. I highly recommend you try this simple recipe with pork!

Pork Ribs with Potatoes & # 8211 Ingredients (2-4 people)

  • 4 large pork ribs
  • 4 medium red potatoes
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower / peanut oil
  • 200 ml water
  • salt
  • pepper

Baked pork ribs with potatoes & # 8211 Step by step preparation

If we have big pork ribs, we cut them in half. I got 8 pieces from the 4 ribs. If they are not large, it is better to leave them whole.
