Baked camembert appetizer with red fruit sauce and almond with rosemary

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

The restaurant at home

Because every day I fainted because of the smell that comes from a neighboring bread factory, a smell that instantly sent me thinking of the warm, fresh, crunchy bread that we sometimes eat at home, I decided to try to make and me. I researched several recipes, I wanted to try one with potatoes, but I realized that I don't have enough potatoes, so I made regular bread, according to this recipe.

We need :
- 400 g flour, 250 ml warm water, 7 g dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon grated salt, 4 tablespoons oil (I put 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil)

We prepare like this:
Sift flour. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and mix with the flour. Gradually add oil, salt, sugar and water. Knead until the dough becomes elastic. Cover the bowl and leave it to rise, for about 40-45 minutes. After it has risen, place the dough on the work surface on which I sprinkled a little flour and give it the desired shape.
The oven heats up to 220 '. Place the bread in the tray on baking paper and leave to rise for another 20 minutes. Grow a little with a knife, sprinkle a little flour on top and bake for 30 minutes, until nicely browned. In the oven you can put a bowl of water during baking to get a crispy crust.
Remove and leave to cool on a grill.

I have to admit it turned out pretty well for my first bread. I couldn't help myself, I cut a corner so hot and ate it quickly - quickly.
