Cake with biscuits and cherries

Simple and tasty, even if the look is' flendurit '' as Gaby said, if I'm not mistaken. Sometimes I like these flendurite, which do not look like confectionery ...... It's a cake with what I found around the perimeter my kitchen .....

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 sachet Chocolate Ole Cream
  • 300 g cherries + 4 tablespoons sugar
  • chocolate sauce

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with biscuits and cherries:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites hard. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar to melt the sugar, then add the oil like mayonnaise. Then incorporate the cream bag and finally add the egg whites, stirring from the bottom up with slow movements.

We cover the tray with baking paper-20/30 cm-we place in the tray the 12 biscuits, between the biscuits we put the cherries mixed with the sugar and we pour the above composition over them. Remove the tray from the oven and turn it over on a tray, the bottom will become the top, sprinkle with chocolate sauce, leave to cool then portion so that the biscuit is cut in half.
