Tart appetizer with tomatoes and cheese

For the tart recipe with tomatoes and cheese I used frozen pie dough. Remove the dough in the evening and leave it to thaw.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.

Grease the oven tray with oil and line it with baking sheet, then place the dough in the pan.

Grease the dough with tomato juice with a silicone brush, then put sliced ​​mushrooms on top, tomatoes cut in half, Telemea cheese and Parmesan flakes on top.

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, grease them with egg, and pour the rest of the egg over the filling. Sprinkle cumin on the edges and over the filling and put the tray in the oven until the tart acquires a beautiful golden color.

If you don't have as many fans for the vegetable tart in the house, as is the case with us (read it capriciously), you can make a different one: add some ham on top, just to deceive them a bit. :))
