Piftie The happy piglets

Put the beets in a bowl and add a cup of water, mix well.

Peel the eggs, then add them to the beet bowl to give the eggs a pink tint.

Wash the rooster well then, with a kitchen towel, remove the water well from it.

Pass the rooster over the flame and wash it again under running water.

Portion the meat and put in a pot of water enough to cover the meat and bring to a boil.

Remove the foam that forms.

Add the peppercorns.

Minimize the flame and let it boil for 3-4 hours, depending on how young the rooster is.

Remove the meat from the bones and place in a bowl.

In the remaining soup add the crushed garlic and leave for 20 minutes.

Pass the soup through a sieve, season with salt and add to the meat in the bowl.

Decorate the eggs to your liking and place them carefully.

Cool until the cold starts.
