Angry donuts

Put the yeast together with the sugar in a bowl and rub until the yeast has liquefied.

Add 200 ml of warm water (NOT hot) and 200 gr of sifted flour. Mix the ingredients, cover with a clean towel and leave to rise for 10 minutes.

Heat the rest of the water and mix it with salt. Pour over the mayo, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.

Add the flour little by little, stirring constantly.

We will get a soft dough (which we will not knead). Sprinkle a little flour on the surface and leave to rise for 25-30 minutes.

When the dough has risen (almost doubled in volume) we form donuts that we fry in oil previously heated over high heat.

So that the dough does not stick, before shaping each donut we wet our hands in a bowl with water.

Fry on both sides and remove on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Powder with powdered sugar, according to everyone's preference.
