Friganele with chicken salad and mushrooms

I had some chicken breast and some mushrooms and I thought of making something for dinner, but to change the classic barbecue a bit ....

  • 1 half large chicken breast
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • spices for chicken
  • 2 large slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • oil

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Friganele with chicken and mushroom salad:

Cut the breast into slices, grease with a little oil and season. Place in the grill pan. Next to it are put the cleaned mushrooms.

While the meat and mushrooms are cold, prepare the friganele. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and add the grated cheese. Mix well. Cut the bread slices in half, then pass them through the beaten egg mixture and fry them in hot oil, turning them to brown nicely on both sides.

When the meat and mushrooms are ready, finely chop and mix with sour cream, milk and finely grated garlic.

Put the salad on the skewers and serve immediately.
