· 80 ml of oil
· A teaspoon of white pepper

Put the beans in hot water, soak them for 8 hours. Then boil it in salted water. Grind the pork, a fatty meat, add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, peeled garlic and put through the garlic press. In the water, it begins to leave the fat it contains and is fried in this mixture. This only applies to homemade sausages. When it is well browned, take it out of the pan and portion it.

For the bean garnish, clean, wash and chop the leeks and parsnips. Heat the oil, add the leeks and give it a golden color, then the parsnips, harden it a little and put the beans boiled and drained of water. Taste, if necessary, add salt. Add asafoetida, white pepper, turmeric and after 3 minutes turn off the heat. Add the washed and chopped larch.

7. Fill the intestine a little, remove the air and tie with a knot, you can use food thread. Continue, add meat so that the intestine is evenly filled. Hold the sausage with one hand and spread the filling.

8. At the end, you will need to fill the bowel manually.

9. With your hands, distribute the filling evenly so that the sausages are not empty or, on the contrary, fill too hard.

10. If the sausage ring seems too big, you can make two: release a portion of the intestine, cut and knot. Or you can form small portioned sausages.

11. Take a needle with a thread, so as not to lose it, and stab the sausages in several places, on both sides.

12. In order to boil the rings more comfortably and so that you can easily turn them from side to side, lightly tie them with 3-part thread, with 2 knots. Thus the rings maintain their shape.

13.Put a saucepan with water and salt on the fire and heat the oven.

14. Add a ring of sausage to boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes, after boiling, and turn once.

15. Remove the ring and boil the second one.

16. Grease the baking tin with oil, place a sausage ring, remove the threads, grease the surface of the sausage with oil and bake it for 20-30 minutes at 200 ° C. You can put the sausages in the oven without boiling them, but this way they are juicier, they cook faster and do not dry so much.
