I did it for the first time and I liked it ......

  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1 box of corn
  • 300 gr olives
  • 125 gr yogurt
  • 400 mosses
  • 1 carrot
  • gogosari in otet
  • mayonnaise (1 boiled yolk +1 raw yolk + 200 ml oil)

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Hedgehog salad:

Boil the potato together with the carrot. When it is ready, cut small cubes, as well as the muscle, the donuts. Make mayonnaise from a boiled egg yolk and a raw one with oil and mustard, and finally the juice from 1/2 lemon, then combine with yogurt. Mix the potatoes with the carrot, moss, corn, donuts and mayonnaise. Garnish with olives.

ingredients

3 yolks
4 tablespoons sugar, but you can put more to be sweeter
1 packet of baking powder
3 tablespoons lard / butter
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup warm milk
flour as it contains (approx. 500 gr)

For decoration
1 egg white for decoration
50 gr raisins
100 gr walnut ground or cut with a knife
2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Method of preparation
rub the yolks well with a pinch of salt and sugar, add the other ingredients one at a time and mix well
add flour, baking powder and flour again until you get a dough that will not stick to your hands
from the prepared dough we form balls of suitable sizes, and instead of eyes we stick raisins
beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, hard foam
we give the hedgehogs with egg white foam only on the top and then we press them a little in the ground walnut
we place them in the tray lined with baking paper, not very close because they still grow in the oven
put in the hot oven, at the right temperature, until baked and browned
after cooling, add powdered sugar

4. Use croutons with any taste, but which are intended for salads or prepare them at home from white or black bread.

5. Cut boiled eggs into long, thin strips.

6. Cut the smoked salami into strips.

7. Put the chopped eggs and salami in a bowl and add the Korean carrot: you can adjust the amount of carrot to taste.

8. Add the croutons to the salad, season with mayonnaise and you can serve the salad at the table. It is preferable to leave the salad for 15 minutes, so that the croutons are soaked with mayonnaise.

Hedgehog cookies with chocolate

Remember the recipe Hedgehog cookies which I gave you some time ago? If you don't know what I'm talking about, you can find it here in detail. Well, discussing on Facebook, in the community formed around the blog, about this old recipe and so loved by us, one of the members of the group gave me an idea to reinterpret it.

So today we will have the recipe for Hedgehog cookies reinterpreted, I mean I will tell you the recipe for Hedgehog cookies with chocolate. And not only that! Today's recipe is not just a reinterpretation of the one published some time ago on the blog.

I found another variant in the old cookbook of my aunt, with other ingredients. My aunt had several notebooks. He started to write down the recipes, more schematically, in a small notebook, with a few pages, such as today's ones, type "dictating".

Then, when it became too small, he rewrote them and grouped them in a diary-like notebook. I have these two in the original. My aunt gave them to me during my life and I kept them with pleasure because I consider them of inestimable value. For me, at least.

There is also a third variant, the last one, much more complex, with many more recipes written in a little more detail. I just posed for this. The original is, as is normal, I say, with her daughter.

Well, the other day, looking for the old recipe for cake with ness and flipping through all 3 variants of the recipe book I noticed that there are 2 recipes for Hedgehog cookies. So now, for the reinterpreted version, I used the second one, the one in which the dough also has an egg in the composition.

The recipe for Hedgehog cookies with chocolate it is, like the first one, very simple and easy to do. It is perfect now, for festive holiday celebrations but also in general, at any festive meal over the year.

They are very easy to make, do not last long and, if you have children, you can take them with you to the kitchen to help you. They will be super excited to shape the balls for Hedgehog cookies or put the chocolate in the middle of them before putting them in the oven.


Tbilisi salad

Meat cut into cubes and boil in salted water for 1-1.5 hours.

Cut the onion into thin slices. If the onion is "at home" - juicy and spicy, it is better to cut it and reduce it for 2 minutes in warm water, otherwise the taste of the onion will put everything in the salad. Remove the seeds from the Bulgarian pepper and cut into strips. Finely chopped walnuts. Garlic can be cut or passed through a garlic press. Finely chopped cilantro.

Drain the water from the bean container and rinse. Add onion, beef, pepper, garlic, chopped coriander, fried and finely chopped walnuts. Salt, add black pepper and sun-hop to taste. Serve the salad with 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix.


Italian potato salad

ingredients for 8 servings: 750 g red potatoes, salt, 1 onion, 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar, pepper, a zucchini, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 lettuce, 250 g tomatoes, 100 g pitted black olives , pine seeds (can be replaced with cumin), 1 clove of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley.

Method of preparation:
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain the water, peel and cut into slices. Peel an onion and cut it in half, then into slightly thicker slices, boil it in water with 3 tablespoons of vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar (the liquid must be well seasoned). Pour the onion liquid over the chopped potatoes, stirring lightly so that they do not crumble and leave to marinate for an hour. Separately, peel the zucchini, cut in half, then into thicker slices. Fry briefly, on both sides, in two tablespoons of hot oil, then allow to cool. Wash and choose the salad, put it to drain in a sieve. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Brown the pine nuts in a pan without lard. Mix the rest of the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put all, together with the black olives, over the potato salad. Stir gently, sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
