Now add the flour and mix lightly, from the bottom up, with the spatula. Finally put the ground walnuts and cranberries.
It mixes extremely easily, there is no need for the walnut mixture to be homogeneous.
In the end, because the flour was mixed before and the ground walnut at the end, the cake will have a slight zebra appearance.

Method of preparation

How do we prepare the cake with bananas, pears and nuts?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
