The pizza

Put flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle of it where you put the yeast and a little warm milk, with 10-20 grams of sugar. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes, then add a pinch of salt and an egg. Knead, and at the end add the slightly warm oil.

Leave to rise for about 30 minutes, during which time the ingredients are prepared. Spread the sheet and place in a pan greased with a little oil, over which put tomato paste or broth, then thinly sliced ‚Äč‚Äčonion, salami or ham, cucumber (I also put pickled cucumber and it was ffffff good), corn and the cheese that was grated. Beat eggs as for the omelet, add spices to taste and a little milk.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
