Griskoch

It is a kind of cake and can be consumed without syrup (who likes drier)

  • Cake:
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g gray
  • 4 lg sugar
  • peel of a lemon
  • oil (for greased tray)
  • Syrup:
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 4 lg sugar
  • peel of a lemon
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

METHOD OF PREPARING THE RECIPE Griskoch:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the sugar and lemon peel. Beat the egg whites and add them to the previous composition, together with the semolina.

Grease a pot with a diameter of 24 cm (or tray) with oil and pour the composition. Keep in the oven until browned.

Separately make milk syrup with sugar and vanilla sugar. Put it on the stove until it boils. At the end, add the lemon peel.

When the top / cake is ready (hot) pour the hot syrup.
