I love almond and peanut butter; the market being full of unhealthy assortments with added sugar, salt and vegetable oil, I prefer to prepare it alone at home in small quantities.
- 150 g almonds
- a peanut fist
- 2 lg apa
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Almond butter:
Put the almonds in the food processor and mix for about 5 minutes continuously. It stops just to remove the cream from the walls. After 5 minutes add water and mix for another 5 minutes. At the end, when it is creamy and buttery, add the hazelnuts and mix a little; so the butter will be crispy.
Serve on toast with jam or fresh fruit.
