Pasta salad

  • 200 g rice paddies
  • 200 g of ham
  • 200 g cheese
  • 2 red kapia peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 box of corn
  • 3 pickles
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt pepper

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta salad:

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, then drain them and pass them through a stream of cold water.


Separately cut the onion into small pieces and drain the corn. We cut the ham, cucumber, pepper and cheese into pieces.

Mix all the ingredients and add mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until smooth then season with salt and pepper.

Put the salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
