Pork slices in potato crust

Put the pork slices in a foil, beat with the whisk, season on both sides with spices (salt / pepper / ginger) and set aside for 15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, wash and grate them, drain the juice and mix with beaten eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
