Panacris salad

A tasty salad, full of calories but cool [

  • Romanian tomatoes 2 pieces,
  • Romanian cornichon cucumber 3 pieces,
  • Romanian green onion 1 piece,
  • Coco Rico chicken breast 250 g.,
  • olive oil,
  • iodized salt,
  • wine vinegar,
  • sheep's milk 50g.
  • pitted black olives 50 g.

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Fry the chicken breast quickly in a little olive oil, then cut into pieces. Tomatoes, cucumbers and onions are washed, cleaned and finely chopped. Put the vegetables and meat in a bowl, then mix gently. Prepare a vinaigrette sauce from oil, vinegar, salt and water. Season the salad with the vinaigrette sauce, at the end sprinkle the grated telemeau and the pitted olives. Good appetite!
