Ingredients

  • 20 stoned dates
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 small handful ice cubes
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Just chuck the dates into a liquidizer with the milk and blitz until smooth. Add the ice cubes and the ground cinnamon and whiz again. Serve straight away in tall glasses.
