Chicken plate

Wash the chicken legs well and dab them with a kitchen towel.

Season them with a little salt and pepper, then put them on a grill pan (you can also put them in a pan with oil).

Brown them on both sides, then take them out on a plate.


Peel an onion and finely chop it.

We clean the carrot, cut it long, in half, then we slice it.

We cut the tomatoes into cubes.

We clean the pepper from the seeds and cut it into the right squares.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add the onion and let it soften for 2-3 minutes, then add the carrot and pepper.

Leave it on the fire for another 2-3 minutes and add the tomatoes with their juice.

Season with a little salt, pepper and paprika, but add the dill.

Let it drop a little and pull the pan off the heat.

We clean the garlic, grind it and put it over the pan-fried vegetables.

Put the wine over and mix.

In a Roman bowl (or ceramic, yena) put a little salt and pepper on the bottom (if you use a Roman bowl keep it at least 1 hour before with water).


Place the browned thighs, then pour the vegetable mixture with wine.

On top we break the pieces of bay leaves.


Put the covered dish in the oven and light it.

We leave it at a suitable temperature until the thighs are well penetrated.

When they are very well done, we discover the vessel and leave it for about 10 minutes.

We take it out of the oven, and sprinkle green parsley on top.

It's a treat.

I can't wait for summer to come, to buy more fresh vegetables and to make this plate again.

  • a box of tomatoes in diced broth (400 g). You can also use 1/2 kg of fresh, peeled tomatoes.
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a bay leaf
  • green parsley
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil for frying fish

Method of preparation:
We wash the fish, dab it with absorbent paper towels and cut it into pieces of the right size.
Sprinkle with salt on the inside and outside and let it sit for half an hour. After this time, heat the oil in a pan and brown the pieces of fish a little.
Separately, in another bowl, heat the oil and add the onion cut into scales.
Let it soften, then add the sliced ​​pepper.
After 2-3 minutes add the tomatoes in broth, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Let it boil for a few minutes, then put the crushed garlic and pour the wine.
After a few boils, transfer the sauce to a tray and place the pieces of fish on top.
Put the tray in the preheated oven over medium heat for about 40 minutes or until the fish is well penetrated. From time to time we sprinkle the fish with the sauce from the tray.
At the end we add chopped parsley. We serve plachia, hot and cold. How do you like it. It is a quick, delicious and healthy recipe.

Recipe: Chicken Biryani

Ingredient:

  • 1.4 kilograms of chicken meat (boneless meat is perfect)
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of tomatoes in broth (400 grams)
  • 500 ml yogurt
  • 1 ginger root (8-10 cm)
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon grated cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon grated coriander
  • 3 hot peppers
  • 4 tablespoons oil

Preparation:

  1. Peel 1 onion, garlic and ginger.
  2. Cut fish onions and garlic into slices. Chop the ginger.
  3. Chop the hot pepper.
  4. Cut the meat into suitable pieces.
  5. Heat 4 tablespoons oil.
  6. Add and sauté the onion, garlic and ginger.
  7. Add the hot pepper, garam masala, ground coriander and ground cardamom.
  8. Add the chopped tomatoes with the canned juice.
  9. Add the yogurt and a tablespoon of salt.
  10. Let the mixture boil for a few minutes and add the chicken.
  11. Boil covered, over low heat, stirring occasionally so that it does not stick, for about 40 minutes, until the sauce has dropped and the chicken has penetrated well. If the chicken is not penetrated, add more water and continue cooking.
  12. Until the meat boils, prepare the rice: boil the rice for 5 minutes in 4 liters of water with a tablespoon of salt. Strain and rinse the rice with cold water to stop boiling.
  13. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  14. Peel the last onion and cut it into small pieces.
  15. Cut the apricots into quarters and the pineapple into cubes. Cut the almonds into strips lengthwise.
  16. Heat the oil (4-5 tablespoons).
  17. Add and sauté the onion well for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
  18. Add the cumin seeds and fry for another 30 seconds.
  19. Add the apricots, pineapple, raisins, almonds, cloves, nutmeg, pod cardamom and red pepper and brown for another 30 seconds. Take the fruit off the heat.
  20. Mix the orange juice with the pineapple and turmeric syrup.
  21. Prepare a suitable tray to mount the biryani.
  22. Arrange the ingredients in layers in the following order: the meat with the sauce, the rice, the fruit mixture with the oil in which they were browned.
  23. Sprinkle with turmeric fruit syrup.
  24. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes.

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Cooking time: 1 hour and 20 minutes

Serve the chicken biryani immediately, hot, with finely chopped mint on top.

It was much harder than I would have ever imagined.
I cried whenever I dared to clean it. It took me hours and I was shaking with fatigue as I rubbed. I was afraid it would take on luster and color!
I tried a lot of chemicals, which cost me a fortune.
I bought specific products for something like that.
They worked, to some extent, but I was never satisfied because it took me too long.
Time I didn't have.

One day, I was spreading freshly washed kitchen towels and it occurred to me to pick one up and wipe the monster. That's what I called that furniture.

I couldn't believe it. In 5 minutes, I cleaned it all up. Without making any effort.
I took a few steps back to see if there were any spots left.
And there was none.
The monster looked brand new, just brought from the factory.

  • the mirror,
  • the windows,
  • PVC window frames,
  • painted metal armored door,
  • kitchen countertop,
  • sinks,
  • taps,
  • bathroom and kitchen tiles,
  • shower,
  • absolutely everything, using only freshly washed kitchen towels.

Please just try once. For you, not for me. I have nothing to gain or lose if you don't even want to try.
Honestly, I wouldn't have believed it either. It seems absurd. Too simple, too cheap, too easy, even ridiculous.

  • The cloth should be made of soft, lint-free cotton. Not the slightest lint. I use cotton kitchen towels. I tried with T-shirts, pieces of sheets, however the towels are better.
  • The cloth must be clean and free of grease. It doesn't have to be a new towel, but it has to be clean.
  • Do not use a cloth sprayed with water or soaked and drained. No matter how clean the cloth, it doesn't work.
  • The cloth must be freshly machine washed and drained very, very well. Automatic machines do that. If you run it in your hand, it's not the same. It leaves stains (traces) of moisture, which can be seen when the furniture or cleaned object dries.
  • Do not use the same cloth to clean furniture and then windows, mirrors, etc. Use different towels (clean, freshly washed and drained) for each type of object.
  • Clean cotton kitchen towel, exclusively freshly washed and drained in an automatic washing machine.Not wet and drained by hand. NOT! Not working. I tried.
  • One for windows and mirrors, another for furniture, another for sinks and faucets, etc.
  • This wet towel does not work miracles and does not clean rust, limescale, or dirt stains accumulated over the years. (around taps, for example).
  • The limestone dissolves best with vinegar. Rust as well. Put in a sprinkler container.
  • Inlaid dirt is cleaned with specific products. After cleaning the & # 8222thick & # 8221 use the towel.

This degreaser also cleans whitewashed walls with washable lime.
Mine are white. I don't know if it leaves stains on another color or takes on color. Really do not know.

As a descaler as well, the cheapest from Farmec (Water Lily) is perfect.

Mom, I deserve an award for advertising them for free! At least a hand cream. I told them, I proposed to them, but they totally ignored me.

Nița Ilie from Luciu, Ialomița, is 72 years old and holds a rigorous position every time. One of the recipes that spring prepares is the stew of chips, ie pickles. Finely chopped, the gogonelles are hardened with a lot of onions and peppers.
