Tiramisu original recipe

Tiramisu quickly presented in four ways

Because I had a family event and didn't have much time, I prepared a quick Tiramisu presented in four ways.

In fact, there could be four tiramisu recipes, because there are four different flavors, and we added other extra ingredients to each one.

It was something quickly prepared before, but I said it was worth sharing the ideas with you.

I used the fastest white chocolate cream with mascarpone.

Rub the yolks with the sugar, add the mascarpone and vanilla essence.

Gelatin is hydrated in cold water then removed, placed in a bowl and put in the microwave for a few seconds until melted. Be careful not to boil. Mix with a few tablespoons of the yolk mixture with the mascarpone then add everything to the bowl with the rest of the yolks.

Add the egg whites over the yolks and mix everything well.

Make a coffee and mix it with 150 ml of milk and rum essence.

The worktop is cut in two horizontally.

Wallpaper a tray with clear foil. Pour half of the prepared cream into the pan. Place a countertop over the cream and syrup it well with the coffee mixed with milk. Pour the rest of the cream, over which the other countertop sheet is placed. Add the same syrup and put it in the cold until the next day.

After it has been cold enough, take out the cake, turn it on a plate and sprinkle cocoa on top. It can be decorated with biscuits on the edges and can be used as a cake.

This tiramisu recipe is not the original one, but I tried to make it look as much like the original as possible. It does not contain mascarpone, but you can feel the intense taste of coffee :)

  • 1 large packet of biscuits (approx. 48 biscuits), 2 sachets of vanilla cream, 2 sachets of chocolate cream, 800 ml of sweet milk, 500 ml of coffee (I prepared it in a kettle), 500 ml of liquid cream, a chocolate small bitter, 8 tablespoons sugar, 4 sachets of vanilla sugar.

I first prepared the 2 types of cream. Although 250 ml of milk is recommended on one sachet, I put 200 ml to make the cream come out stronger.

So I mixed the contents of the 2 vanilla sachets with 400 ml of milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar.

I did the same with the chocolate envelopes.

I beat the whipped cream until it became consistent.

I made 500 ml of coffee from the kettle. I didn't leave the coffee bitter but I added a little sugar.

I soaked half the amount of biscuits in the coffee and formed a layer of biscuits on a plate.

I added vanilla cream over the biscuits. Then another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee.

I added chocolate cream over them, then whipped cream. The whipped cream decoration is not the most successful, but I shaved the dark chocolate on top and masked it :)

Although it is not the original recipe, we really liked it! The guests also liked it, so I am satisfied with what I did :)


How do we prepare this Medovik cake recipe?

Even if it is a cake with many leaves, you will be surprised how fast it is made.

The first step in making this recipe is to prepare the sheets.

Put the butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat and keep until the butter melts, we must always mix.

When the butter has melted, take the pan off the heat and add the baking soda.

Mix well, add salt, sugar and beaten eggs.

Stir and put the pan back on low heat until the sugar melts.

We are careful not to stick to the pot, it is very important to always mix.

When the sugar has melted, take the pan off the heat and gradually start to add flour. Knead until you get a homogeneous dough that does not stick to your hands.

We divide the resulting dough into 7 equal balls, from each ball we will get a sheet. We start to spread the sheets.

To make it easier for us to handle the dough, we use baking paper. We take one ball at a time, which we will spread on a sheet of baking paper with the help of the twister in the form of a circle with a diameter of 22 cm.

After spreading the sheet, prick it with a fork a few times and put it on the back of a tray with baking paper.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 3-4 minutes. Take out the sheet and put it to cool on a grill.

We will do the same with the rest of the dough balls until we finish baking them all

When all the sheets have cooled, we can start the cream.

In a large bowl put whipped cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice and mix until you get a fluffy cream.

At the end we give up the mixer and with the help of a spatula we incorporate the ground almonds in the cream.

Medovik cake assembly

On a plate we put a sheet of cake and on top a start of cream. I wanted the cream layers to be uniform so every time it was the cream's turn I weighed it, I put 120 grams of cream at each start.

After I spread the layer of cream, I put the second sheet, then start the cream again and I did so until I finished the sheets.

With almost all the rest of the cream, I covered the cake on the side and put a tray with a weight on top and put it in the fridge overnight.

The next day we spread the remaining cream on top of the evening and then we cover the whole cake in walnut.

I used a pos with dui with the help of which I made a few crumbs of cream, among which from place to place I brought a little color by putting mint leaves.

Put the cake in the fridge again and leave it for a few hours to have time for the tastes to combine.

We cut the cake with a knife with a thin blade, you will see how beautiful it is cut. From the tender sheets and cream of almond cream of the Medovik cake will result an extraordinary taste, especially good.

For those in crisis of time, who want to try a quick version of the classic Tiramisu original recipe.
