Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. We prepare the tray with muffin papers and quickly move on to the grapes. We count 48 grapes - how accurate !! - that is, for each muffin we will use 4 grapes, wash it and let it drain.

In a bowl, mix with a sieve flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Separately measure the soy milk and oil and pour lightly over the mixture of dry ingredients. Stir using a wire until the composition is homogeneous.

Pour a tablespoon of the composition into each form, put 4 grapes and complete with the composition so as to fill 3/4 of the capacity of the muffin tin. After finishing the composition, put the tray in the oven and bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes. We take them out of the oven and leave them in the tray for 10 minutes, after which we can transfer them to a plate.

When they are cold, we serve them with great appetite !! It would be good for the grapes to be seedless, otherwise they will give you a little headache at the tasting :) I was quick today, as well as the recipe;)

Enjoy !!

Vegan muffins with bananas and chocolate

Breakfast on the run, dessert or healthy snack, these vegan muffins with bananas and chocolate are easy to make, from ingredients you know and probably already have at home and are perfect for both the little ones and you.

The main ingredient for these delicious vegan muffins are oatmeal, which we will use instead of flour. Full of fiber and nutrients, oatmeal is the perfect alternative to white flour, usually used in muffins and goes great with well-ripened bananas that we will use in the recipe! Vonm turns oatmeal into flour with a blender, so if you find ready-made oatmeal, you can also choose this option.

The other ingredients we will use are, as already mentioned, bananas, which must be very well ripened to give sweetness to our muffins naturally. We will also use cocoa powder, a little coconut sugar (or raw sugar), peanut butter and vegetable milk. All the ingredients mix well, go in the form of muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes and you're done!

In a bowl, mix the rice milk with the orange peel, vanilla essence and oil.

  • orange peel can be replaced with lemon peel
  • rice milk can be replaced with soy milk, almond milk or mineral water

In another bowl mix the flour with the sugar, coconut, baking powder and a pinch of salt. With the aim we make a hole in the middle and pour the liquid composition. Stir until smooth. At the end we incorporate the chocolate drops

  • chocolate drops can be replaced with walnut kernels, shit or candied fruit
  • you can also try frozen fruits

Prepare the tray for muffins with special paper baskets. Put from the composition, about 2 tablespoons, about 3/4 of the height of the paper basket.

Put the tray in the oven over medium heat (or 160 degrees electric oven with ventilation) for about 30 minutes, until the muffins are browned.

Carrot muffins

This recipe is intended especially for children because it contains very healthy ingredients many carrots, nuts, coconut oil and honey. I liked them, honestly I would give up wholemeal flour because I don't like its taste at all but maybe I have a problem with that :). The children ate them with pleasure, as well as those with whom they played outside, in two hours I ran out of muffins. Good sign, right? The recipe for carrot muffins is very simple, although there are many ingredients.

  • 220g flour (120g 000 white flour and 100g wholemeal flour)
  • 250g finely grated carrots
  • 20g ground nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 25g honey
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 30g coconut oil (or if you don't have regular oil)
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A little salt

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

2. In a bowl mix the wet ingredients eggs, oil, yogurt, milk, honey.

3. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients flour, baking powder, grated lemon peel, nuts, salt, sugar, cinnamon.

4. Mix the wet composition with the dry one and add the finely grated carrots. Put the dough in paper forms (fill 3/4 of the forms) and then bake the muffins for 20 minutes.

For more safety we test with the toothpick but be careful the muffins are slightly damp due to the carrots. I left them fixed for 25 minutes.

Let cool and serve.

Optionally you can decorate them with a cream made of 200g whipped cream and 200g fresh cheese to which you add 1 teaspoon of honey.

They are fluffy and fragrant, as I wrote with us, they were consumed quickly.

Grape cake

I have always considered that the simplest recipes are also the best. Grape cake falls into the category simple cake recipes, fast and accessible to anyone.

We do not use the mixer, nor the robot, we do not separate any eggs, we do not have to use the ingredients at any mandatory temperature and we only pollute a single bowl and a spoon.

However, it is definitely one of the best grape cake recipes made and tasted so far. It has a slightly moist consistency and is very fragrant.

I used very sweet little green grapes for this cake. I advise you to use the most aromatic and sweet grapes, black or white, for a perfect result.

It looks very inviting. I will look for small grapes and do it as soon as I find them. You made me an enormous craving for an aromatic cake, with the scent of autumn & # 8230Pupica Laurica !!

it looks very good and in addition it is very easy to do but also fast

This cake looks great and is definitely very good. I will try it as soon as possible. Everything you do is great and I congratulate you. Many kisses ..

Beautiful your cake recipe, hello

Laura looks great! But I don't like grapes ... do you think it would come out good with another kind of fruit?

Dear Ana, do you think I'm crazy or not, but I just took a large tray of grape cake out of the oven. This time I added a little poppy seeds and a few pieces of candied orange. :)) Done, this week, I'm done with the sweets !!
Pup and I can't wait to do it !!

Dear Naty, it's very simple, fast and economical. You wouldn't call me good

Thank you very much Nati my dear !! I'm so glad you like it.
if you try to tell me how it felt !!

Thanks Stefania !! It is very good and easy to make. And as we now easily find good and tasty grapes I couldn't help but make it.
Baci !!

Anonymous, I'm glad you like it! Of course, grapes can be replaced. You can try apricots or peaches, fresh or in syrup. Drain them well, finely chop them, add them to the flour and add them to the cake. or you can put raisins, or candied fruit or even pieces of chocolate.

Please tell me, if this cake is just as tasty, with grapes that have seeds, because I thought of a grape cake before (I received a box, and I don't know how to get rid of they), unfortunately without seeds I did not eat but I heard that it exists! thank you !

It looks so appetizing, I hope to find small grapes & # 8230although I don't have many varieties to choose from here. I was just thinking of doing something good. Although I don't write to you, I follow your recipes, and honestly it leaves my mouth watering. In the country of rice I can't make many, but at least I admire them.

Do you think I can try black grapes, even if they have a structure that is a bit more autonomous? (they stay strong and have a hard shell)
or maybe it softens a bit when baked?

I bought a tray of this today. How is it used? Greased and wallpapered? Does the dough bake well?

Lucia, my name is, but I have no idea where to "go inside", I am anonymous who asked you about the grapes with seeds & # 8230. but I elucidated myself, I made some muffins from your "quotaluat" more than -super, no, I don't feel the seeds. (now I'm done with the bounty bars, the recipe from you!

Tomorrow, dear Laura, how good does your cake look? It's a pity my oven doesn't work.
mmmmm even the dwarf in my belly craves a piece!
you are wonderful and ink once I tell you that I admire you a lot for everything you do!
dear LoReDaNa

It looks great and I already have water in my mouth, I can't wait to do it, especially since there are few ingredients on my taste and it's quick to make.

Anonymously, it is just as tasty with grapes that have seeds. And mine had seeds, only as small ones, they didn't bother me.

Fairy of dawn, if the grapes have very large berries, cut them in half and roll them in flour. The peel should soften when baked. I kiss you and if you do, tell me how it was.

Mihaela, she is extraordinary. I have had it for over 1 year and I started using it only 2 weeks ago. I'm really sorry I haven't used it so far because it's ffff good and bakes perfectly. I line it with butter and flour.

My dear Lucia, please excuse me for answering you only today, but I was on my way yesterday and I did not manage to respond to the comments received. I'm really glad you liked the muffins made with this dough. I kiss you dearly and thank you for liking my recipes !!

Dear Loredana, I would very much like to invite you to a cake with grapes until my husband repairs the oven.
I kiss you both with much much love !!

Surprise my dear, that's what I liked about this cake too. It is simply made with a few ingredients and the taste is excellent.
Kiss you!!

Dear Laura, I just took the cake out of the oven (I had this pineapple from the compote) and it's really as you described it, super good and super simple to make and I've had the tray for almost a year and it's the first time I've I use it! I will do it again soon! I wish you a pleasant weekend!

My dear Adela, I'm glad you liked it. I had a passion for this tray. I already made three cakes in it and they all turned out very well. Kiss you!!

Hi Laura! I would like to write to you about the roll with n

Good evening! I would have liked to write to you about the cheese roll recipe, but it was not possible to comment on that page. I did it anyway, but it didn't come off the baking sheet. I omitted the Parmesan cheese (can it be plain cheese ?!). Please tell me what size your tray is and if you also greased the baking paper or only the tray, otherwise it's ok & # 8230 I don't know where you will answer me, but I will also look here at the grape cake, but also on the page with the roll. Thank you very much and have a nice evening, Raluca

Dear Laura, I also made this cake, the first time it was a total failure, I doubled the quantities and I put everything in a tray, it didn't bake, it remained raw, but since I can't make it with one or two, I made Oh again, it turned out very good, on top I made an egg white icing with powdered sugar. It melted very quickly, I have some locusts that like sweets. I put it on my blog, I hope you don't mind. Thanks for . recipe

I made this cake, but in double quantity, it is excellent. Can it be made with blueberries? I have a lot of blueberries left and I want to use them.
Thanks and best regards.

Raluca my dear, thank you for telling me you can't leave comments on the roll. Indeed, I had blocked comments and I do not understand why. I'm done now.
You can replace Parmesan cheese with cheese or any other harder cheese.
I only greased the tray with butter but I know that there is a type of brown and thicker baking paper that is not very good and that sticks to anything I put in the oven. When I went home, my family used such paper and I ruined a cake because of it because it was impossible for me to detach it from the paper.
I advise you to grease with butter and the tray and the baking paper so that you no longer have surprises or change the baking paper.

My dear Mirela, I'm very glad you liked it. I saw it on your blog and it looks fffff good. I'm not upset at all that you posted it with you, I'm really very happy.
In order not to have any more surprises in the future, always do the toothpick test before removing a frying pan from the oven. Stick a toothpick in the frying pan and if it comes out clean then it's ready.
I kiss you with great love and I wish you much success !!

Anonymous, I'm glad you liked it.
Of course you can do it with blueberries, just be careful to drain them well beforehand and roll them in flour so they don't go to the bottom.
Kiss you and be well !!

The first recipe I make from you.
Very good. It came out in shape and taste like pannetone. I doubled the quantities and made a shape with a hole in the middle.
I put a little bigger grapes and it turned out ok, but I will try it with smaller grapes to see the result.
I already know the second recipe I will make from you & # 8211 grisine with olives and garlic.
Thank you for sharing your recipes with us.

My dear, I have some time since you visit your blog, it is great. Congratulations
today I prepared the cake with grapes, it is absolutely delicious. Have a beautiful Sunday.

I also made this cake with black flour and only 100g brown sugar, instead with 600g grapes & it turned out delicious :)

Muffins with cocoa and cherries & # 8211 recipe from fluffy fasting muffins & # 8211 Fast and delicious cakes for those who do not eat eggs, butter or milk & # 8211 vegan muffins with cocoa and cherries & # 8211 fasting muffins with cocoa and cherries.

Fasting muffins they are prepared quickly and easily, with simple ingredients. If they have flavors and fruits, then we have real delicious delicacies that you can eat for breakfast, you can take in a package or they can be a sweet snack for any time, when you want to take your portion of sweet.

The muffins with cocoa and cherries are fluffy and very delicious. You wouldn't even think they don't have eggs, butter or milk, they are so good!

Another fasting recipe with a fluffy and very tasty top is that of cake with cocoa and nuts. You can find it posted in this link. You will find all the fasting dessert recipes in one post, which you can see here. I hope it helps and inspires you, because I have prepared almost 70 recipes.

The recipe is cheap. The only more expensive ingredient is the natural vanilla essence, you have the rest of the ingredients at home and it doesn't cost much: flour, sugar, black cocoa, baking powder and water. I did not use vegetable milk, but if I had chosen to use one I would have put an assortment with a neutral taste: soy or rice. Maybe from oats or quinoa with rice. I use the Isola brand and buy it online.

I had cherries in the freezer and thawed them, then let them drain in a strainer. it is important not to leave liquid during baking, otherwise the texture will not be the right one.

Fasting cakes use baking powder or baking soda as a growth agent. No need to exaggerate, especially in the case of baking soda, which has a strong taste.

I hope that the picture with the section is convincing and will make you want a simple, quick, fluffy and delicious dessert.

I leave below the list of ingredients and how to prepare for muffins with cocoa and fasting cherries:

20 g black cocoa powder

20 ml of sunflower oil

1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence

To make fasting muffins with cocoa and cherries, I started by thawing the fruit, which I then left in a strainer to drain.

In a bowl I mixed the flour with the salt, the baking powder, the sifted cocoa and the cinnamon powder and I mixed them until the composition was homogenized. In another bowl I mixed water with oil, vinegar and natural vanilla essence. I put the sugar in the liquid medium and mixed it with a spoon so that it melts.

I poured the liquid over the solid ingredients, mixed well, then divided the dough into muffin tins lined with baking paper.

I filled them up to 3/4 of their volume, then I put the wallpapered cherries on the side where the pips were removed with flour.

I had 16 cherries, but I put 1, 2 or 3 fruits in the 8 muffins obtained.

I baked them in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. I think they were ready in 18, but I didn't check.

I let them cool a bit, then ate them with gusto.
