Serve this caramel over ice cream, stirred into yogurt, or drizzled over a brownie or slice of pound cake whenever you want the chill effect, without that "herbal" flavor. Use full-spectrum CBD oil (we like Ritual or Isodiol) for the best effect.
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
Cook sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, without stirring, until it begins to melt and turn golden brown around the edges. Use a heatproof spatula to stir melted sugar into unmelted sugar and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until all sugar is melted and caramel turns a deep amber color, about 5 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and carefully add cream to caramel, stirring constantly (mixture will bubble vigorously and seize). Add butter and stir until melted, then stir in vanilla and salt. Let caramel cool slightly (about 5 minutes), then vigorously stir in CBD oil until mixture is emulsified. Transfer to an airtight container and let cool completely.
Do Ahead: Caramel can be made 2 weeks ahead. Cover and chill. Reheat over low before using.

And if you’re like me, cannabis is such an incredible tool for getting present, actively loving the people who are most important and to staying focused on why you’re here.
When I spend a morning whipping up some cannabis-infused caramel sauce, and the afternoon enjoying the effects of it, it reminds me why I send you recipes and talk about cannabis for most of my waking life.
Because cannabis can help you get through hell.
It can heal you on a physiological level. It can help you become aware of -and process- emotions more effectively. And it can help you connect to who you really are, so you don’t lose sight of yourself and what you love – even when you’re going through some shit.
And yes, you have to know how to use it in a way that works for you and what you’re dealing with.

Weed Infused Salted Caramel Sauce
What is better than weed infused salted caramel sauce? We’re certain the salted caramel latte will soon be making a reappearance when you taste this version that is infused with weed.
How is this recipe infused?
Weed infused caramel sauce is made with cannabis butter. Cannabutter is a simple infusion. If you’re ready with your weed bud on hand, you can create your cannabis butter. Decarboxylate your weed by cooking it for 40 minutes at 215F. Prepare your cannabis bud by breaking it up over a cooking sheet, covering this in tinfoil, and putting it in the oven. Now that your cannabis is through the decarboxylating process, it can be infused into butter. Follow this recipe to finish off your cannabutter. All you need is decarb cannabis and butter to make it!
Remember, you can create your cannabis infused butter with CBD bud. If you’re not looking to get high, choose a CBD strain. Ask your local dispensary to provide you with a weed strain that is high in CBD and low in THC. This way you can enjoy this warm cannabis beverage without getting high. Of course, you can use your CBD butter for other cannabis edibles like CBD brownies, cannabis cookies, and more.

How to Make Cannabis Caramel Sauce
When making any marijuana receipt it is important to understand the process of Decarboxylation. When marijuana is consumed raw, the THC is not released. THC in this inactive state is known as THCa. The process of heating THCa means that it becomes Decarboxylated and is released in the form of THC. It is always better to Decarboxylate marijuana before making your edible. It is an easy process. First break up all the cannabis flowers and buds into small pieces. Next, preheat the oven to 240° F. / 115° C.Put the pieces in one layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes and turn and stir the marijuana pieces so that they are all even. The marijuana has now been Decarboxylated, and you will have to do this for nearly every marijuana recipe if you are not using medicated marijuana oil or medicated marijuana butter bought from a store or online. After the marijuana has been Decarboxylated the next step is usually to grind it up so it is ready for cooking in a recipe.

And as an added bonus you get to fill up your stomach with a great tasting treat. Cannabis caramel sauce has many applications and is very easy to make. There are many different ways to make cannabis caramel sauce but the following is one of the most straightforward.
Tools and Ingredients
- Decarboxylated marijuana / hash/ keif
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- Double boiler with a lid
- A whisk
First measure out 3 grams of the decarboxylated marijuana. If you are using hash or keif 2 grams should suffice. Use a grinder, food processor or coffee grinder to grind up the weed. The more finely ground the weed, the better, in nearly all instances. Now start to heat the condensed milk using the double boiler. Reduce the heat of the boiler to low after it starts to boil.
Slowly add the finely ground marijuana to the condensed milk and gently whisk the mixture. Put a lid on top of the mixture and let it simmer for 90 minutes. The mixture will get darker and thicker over time. Check on it and stir occasionally.
Do not let the mixture heat to more than 170 degrees (use a thermometer). Depending on what you eat it with and how you prefer the taste and thickness you can make it thicker and darker as you wish. You can also adjust the length of cooking time and the amount of marijuana/hash/keif. The longer it cooks the darker and thicker the mixture is going to get.
The most important thing is not to overheat the mixture. Once the mixture is dark and thick you can whisk it to make it as smooth as you want. The recipe is very easy to make and is a great entry into the world of marijuana edibles. And because cannabis caramel sauce is so versatile it can be used in a variety of different dishes, though desserts such as ice cream are ideal.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the apple cider, orange juice, maple syrup, and 1 cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Remove the used cinnamon stick and discard. Pour the cider mixture a mug, then add the remaining cinnamon stick, CBD, and orange and apple slices to garnish. Enjoy!

What You'll Need:
- One can Sparkling CBD Root Beer
- Three ounces International Delight Caramel Machiatto coffee creamer
- Two scoops vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream (for optional topping)
- Caramel sauce (for optional topping)
How It's Made:
- Divide coffee creamer evenly between two tall drinking glasses.
- Add one scoop of vanilla iced cream to each glass.
- Divide Sparkling CBD Root Beer evenly between both glasses, pouring slowly and pausing when necessary to prevent overflow.
- Add one scoop of iced cream to the top of each glass.
- If desired, add whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce to each glass as an optional topping.
- Serve and enjoy!
Temperature and Other Marijuana Caramel Making Tips and Troubleshooting
While caramels are not difficult to make, accurate temperature monitoring is essential! This is not so much about fear of burning off your CBD, the temperatures we need to reach are under the danger zone. But it is crucial in order to reach the right candy consistency. For instance, in this recipe where I wanted a soft and chewy caramel, it is important that the boiling syrup reaches a temperature of 245 degrees F. Anything less than that and my candy will likely be runny and not set. Anything more than that it will be firmer and chewier. I like to call caramels of this type "filling pullers" as they tending to really stick to teeth. Let it go another degree or two and you will have a harder consistency, more like toffee. All will be delicious, but if you want a certain consistency, you NEED a candy thermometer!
I had one friend who claimed she used a thermometer and still could not get her caramel's consistency right. I said that's probably because the thermometer was off. Temperature is crucial, so here's how to test your candy thermometer's accuracy before beginning:
- Bring some water to a boil. The thermometer should read 212 degrees F. If your thermometer is off, adjust your recipe temperature up or down accordingly.
Keep Your Marijuana Caramels Smooth
The other problem that can occur with caramels is the sugar crystallizing. Minimize this by stirring in ingredients carefully so as not to splash on the sides of the pot, where the sugar will be more apt to crystallize. Once all the ingredients are in and incorporated, put a lid on the pot and cook for about a minute, the moisture buildup this will create will help minimize sugar crystallization as well. After a minute, remove the lid and attach the candy thermometer to the side of the pot.
Once the ingredients are combined and boiling there is no need to stir again until the mixture comes to the proper temperature. When pouring the caramel mixture into the prepared pan, pour it out but do not scrape the bottom of the pan (or put this on a separate plate as the "cook's reward"). This will also help keep the texture smooth as you can get burnt or crystallized bits on the bottom of the pan, still tasty, but they will interfere with texture.
Prepare with Parchment
Be sure to prepare the pan you will be pouring the hot caramel syrup into by lining it with parchment paper. I saw some internet instructions for making caramels that advised using aluminum foil for this task. Don't do it, it sticks! Trust me I learned the hard way. Parchment paper, on the other hand, worked beautifully and peels right off the candy. The other alternative is to use a silicone pan, which requires no special prep, just pour in the hot caramel mixture and allow to cool.
The more moisture in the air, the more difficult it will be to keep the caramels from getting runny with time. Sometimes this can be a good thing, as in the case of caramels that I let too cook too long that were too chewy to eat. After a few days in the moist seaside San Diego air, their texture was perfect. But a softer caramel would have gone to mush. If you live in a humid climate, keep your caramels under wrap.

Try a new twist on this classic Italian dish, which packs a number of health benefits.
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp high quality full-spectrum CBD oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Pasta and Chicken Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 diced fresh tomatoes
- 6 ounces penne pasta
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper
Place all pesto ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Put blender in fridge (or transfer pesto from blender into a bowl and place in fridge) and let chill for 30 minutes.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add pasta. Cook to desired texture, though a little past al dente is recommended.
Cube the chicken breast. Add olive oil to a saucepan, toss in chicken, and begin to sauté. Continue cooking chicken until cooked through, but not overcooked. Add spices to the saucepan while sautéing.
When the pasta is ready, drain and toss it into the saucepan with the chicken.
Next, add in the pesto, diced tomatoes, and fresh parsley. Mix gently but thoroughly. Finish it off with a bit of fresh parmesan, a squirt of lemon, and bit of finishing salt.

beeZbeeCBD Chocolate Caramel Brownies
- 1 box of Betty Crocker Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 beeZbeeCBD Original Caramels
- Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare an 8 baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place milk, oil and egg in a medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix. Stir until well blended. Cut each beeZbeeCBD Caramels into small strips.
- Spread ½ of the brownie mix into the prepared pan. Place the beeZbeeCBD Caramels into the brownie batter in the pan. Pour remaining brownie batter on top.
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes making sure to not overbake the brownies.
- Cool brownies completely in the pan before cutting.

These Guilt-Free CBD Infused Chocolate Cookies are soft and just melt in your mouth. They taste like a brownie. There is a lot of chocolate and a little full spectrum CBD oil in them, and it tastes phenomenal. These are probably the best chocolate cookies I’ve ever had!
Ingredients for 20 cookies:
- 220 g dark, chopped chocolate
- 5 mL (or 500mg) CBD oil
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup (gluten-free) flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 320 g cubes dark chocolate (I added 40ml milk)
- Preheat oven to 320 degrees.
- Melt butter with 225 g of chopped chocolate and CBD oil in a pot. Combine the CBD oil and the softened butter. When the chocolate dissolves, set aside to cool.
- Fit a bowl to a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla on high speed until the mass is light and fluffy.
- Then reduce the speed of the mixer and add melted chocolate. Mix for a moment and add 2/3 cup flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined. The consistency of the dough should be thick, but pouring. (The dough put on a spoon should slowly flow to form patterns. If it melts immediately, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of flour.)
- Cut the remaining chocolate into small chunks and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Now the mass should be very thick and difficult to mix.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange cookies on it.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
After baking, the cakes will be shiny and cracked from the top. We don’t bake them any further because they will be too hard. Enjoy!

- 3 avocados – halved, peeled, and pitted
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 ml unflavored CBD oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Optional – chopped jalapeño peppers
Mash together the avocados together with the CBD oil, lime juice, and salt. When smooth, add all remaining ingredients and stir them in. You can serve your guacamole to an appreciative crowd immediately, but it’s even better if you refrigerate it for an hour or two. You can’t get much simpler than that!

Drop large spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to darken. What you will need:
- Lip balm tubes or Lip balm pots
- Double boiler
- Shea butter
- Avocado oil
- Bee’s wax pastilles
- THC or CBD oil tincture
- Peppermint essential oil or peppermint extract

- 6 Tbsp Bee’s wax pastilles

- Remove lids from lip balm containers and spray insides with rubbing alcohol. (No need to dry them out, as the alcohol will evaporate.)
- Add all ingredients to double boiler and allow to melt together slowly.
- Pour all ingredients into a measuring cup or similar container with a spout. (If your double boiler has a spout, no need to transfer mixture.)
- Carefully pour the mixture into lip balm containers.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, divided
- 6 ounces (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 33 mg Lokus© Full Spectrum CBD Oil (about 2 droppers) for each individual serving
- To a large bowl, add 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Beat on high until fluffy and thick, about 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat 1 cup heavy whipping cream until hot to touch or about 135 degrees F. Make sure it’s not too hot, as it could scramble the eggs in the next step.
- With the handheld beaters on low, ever so slowly, drizzle the cream into the whipped eggs. Go slow you don’t want to scramble the eggs. This gently brings the egg temperature up to the cream temperate, a little at a time.
- Pour the combined mixture back into the pot. Heat on the stovetop over low heat.
- Stir continuously until thickened, about 5-8 minutes. During this time, a thermometer should read 150 degrees F. Do not heat past this point. You may need to adjust your stovetop to lower or higher the temperature slightly. If you do overheat the mixture, run it through a fine mesh strainer to remove any egg lumps. The eggs will be fully cooked at this point.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, mixing until fully combined and smooth.
- Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until thickened.
- Remove from refrigerator. In a bowl, beat 1 cup heavy whipped cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into chocolate mousse until fully combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, pour 1/3 cup chocolate mousse into a cup. Stir in 1-2 droppers of Lokus CBD oil.
- Garnish with raspberries, mint leaves, and shaved chocolate chips.
