Didn't you miss a fried fish ??? but not any fish; I think so; especially when it comes to catfish; we eat fish from any position, I was able to buy his whole bag but I only took 10kg (I'm not whole in my mind right ???)

  • 1kg of fish
  • salt
  • flour
  • frying oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2rosii
  • corn for polenta

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


This fish is cleaned around the ears, the gills are grabbed with a knife with a round tip and not too sharp, and once pulled, the intestines come out;

so cleaned, washed, sprinkled with a little salt and left for 1 hour, during which time the sauce is prepared;

clean the garlic, grind well, rub with oil then add the scalded tomatoes and put on a small grater;

the fish, given through flour, is fried in a lot of hot oil and taken out on paper towels;

it is served with polenta and mujdei.
