Put a 1 l saucepan with water on the fire.

Peel an onion, wash it, finely chop it and put it in a saucepan to boil.

When the onion becomes glassy, ​​add the spinach.

Boil for about 10 minutes.

Add the oil and tomato sauce, simmer for another 10 minutes.

Olives, pre-cooked, add them to the composition. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat and add the finely chopped lemon.
