A favorite salad of mine, good and refreshing

  • 500 g mushroom mushrooms
  • 1/3 chicken breast
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ green dill tie
  • A few teaspoons of mayonnaise
  • Soy sauce
  • Curry

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom salad with mayonnaise:

Mushrooms are washed and their skin is not removed as we have seen in others, it is not necessary if the soil is removed. They are put whole in boiling water with some spices, I chose to pull half of them in a little butter. The sliced ​​chicken breast (because the spices fit better) is seasoned with soy sauce, curry, and any spice you want and left in the fridge until the next day when it is ready. Put it on the hot grill and leave it on each side a little, the chicken breast is not done too much because it dries immediately. Cut into cubes and mix with crushed garlic, finely chopped mushrooms and dill. We can use mayonnaise and salt if needed. This time I used commercial mayonnaise because I already had it in the pantry, but the homemade one is much better.
