they are given through the cock.

according to preference we can put in the middle a hazelnut, a quarter of a walnut, an almond.

Daniela: I wish you good luck!

Big or small, we all like biscuits and from here and there, we are very pleased to nibble on a healthy one with chocolate. Because she knows we like it, Isabela from Isabela Cuisine made us these wonderful cookies.

INGREDIENTS

For decoration (optional):

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Prepare a bowl, add all the ingredients and then mix until a cookie-like dough is formed. In case you find it too sticky, add 1-2 tablespoons of almond flour to make it easier to work with the dough. When shaping the biscuits, you can add a little coconut oil on the cheeks so they don't stick.

Form balls of the same size and give them the desired shape, about 1 centimeter thick.

Place the biscuits on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees C for 12 minutes.

When they are warm, the biscuits will be softer and, after cooling, they become crispy.

If you want to coat the chocolate, melt the dark chocolate and after they have cooled, dip half of the chocolate biscuits and sprinkle the coconut leaves on top.

Healthy balls with Raffaello type coconut

Healthy balls with Raffaello type coconut, delicious and not containing flour or condensed milk, with a low content of sugar and fat, which can be consumed for example as a healthy Christmas dessert. If you appreciate healthy recipes with coconut, then you have to try this one too - it's really one of my favorites.

They are adored by many people, you will surely find out the reason when you will taste them. Some of you have asked me if we can skip the powdered milk in the recipe. I recommend you not to miss it, because it gives the coconut balls a special, delicious taste. Cane sugar can be replaced with xylitol, resulting in a lower amount of calories and carbohydrates. Thanks to the fact that these coconut balls are richer in fat, they are filling, so you will not consume too much at one meal.

Their preparation is extremely simple and fast, you just have to mix all the ingredients together, knead the resulting crust, shape the balls and give them through grated coconut. Inside each ball you can add a hazelnut or an almond. Healthy coconut balls with Raffaello type with oats lasts for 3-4 weeks if they are kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container, the advantage is that you can prepare them before Christmas and thus you can serve them during the winter holidays (this of course if you do not eat them all with your family before Christmas).

Do not use hydrogenated vegetable oils or margarine - artificial "foods" that greatly increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. It is best to prepare balls and other Christmas desserts using classic butter.

Either you are preparing to glaze a blackberry or you want to eat some slices of banana drawn in chocolate , replace cooking cream or dairy butter with coconut butter. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut butter to each 170 g of chocolate. If the icing is too thick, add a little more coconut butter.

One or two tablespoons of coconut butter added to smoothies (already healthy drinks) lower your cholesterol and help maintain the level of fat beneficial to the body.

Ingredients for the coconut filling cookie recipe

  • For dough
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar or honey
  • 1 or
  • 100 g butter
  • A teaspoon of baking soda or organic baking powder
  • For coconut stuffing
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 1 egg white
  • A spoon of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 50 g carob or cocoa powder

How do we prepare the recipe for biscuits with coconut filling?

We mix the soft butter together with the sugar until a creamy composition is formed, we add the carob powder and the egg and we mix until the whole composition is homogenized.

Mix the baking powder with the flour and knead until you get a non-sticky dough.

If the dough comes out too hard, you can add a few tablespoons of milk.

For the coconut filling, beat the egg white with the sugar until it becomes a hard meringue, add the 5 tablespoons of milk and incorporate the coconut flakes. The dough obtained will be crumbly, unbound.

Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and form balls. Spread each ball with the rolling pin and put in the middle of them about 2 teaspoons of coconut.

I raised the edges of the dough and closed them well, forming a ball and flattened them a little.

Put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Coconut Balls - Recipes

Because the holidays are fast approaching, I kept trying various recipes for cookies or cakes, which should be made as easy as possible so that I don't have to spend all my time in the kitchen. I especially liked this recipe and it will definitely be found on the Christmas or New Year's table. The recipe on Culinary , I only made half the amount because I wasn't sure I would be happy with the result.

Ingredients (for 15 pieces)

100 gr coconuts
100 gr powdered sugar
1 or

for the glaze:

50 gr dark chocolate
2 tablespoons whipped cream

Method of preparation

Mix the rooster with the sugar and the egg and knead well with your hands until the composition acquires a homogeneous consistency.

Form balls the size of a walnut and put them in a tray lined with baking paper.

Let them cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned on the bottom.

We break the diced chocolate together with the whipped cream and put them on the fire in a bain-marie until they dissolve, gaining the consistency of a glaze. We put them in a bag that we sting at one end and glaze the balls.

Let it cool for 10 minutes to harden the icing and then serve. If you want you can dress them completely in chocolate, but I recommend you use dark chocolate because they are already quite sweet.

Method of preparation

How to prepare coconut balls:

Mix all the ingredients well, then leave the composition in the fridge

Chocolate countertop preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Mix the dry ingredients for the countertop, flour and sifted cocoa, starch, baking powder and salt.

Mix the egg whites with the sugar very well, as for meringue.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, and when it cools (to reach room temperature) add the yolks. Add the vanilla essence.

Add the melted chocolate over the egg whites, stirring slowly with a wooden or plastic spoon, then add the mixture with the flour. Be careful that the egg white does not leave because the cake will not grow! (I suffered it on the first try.)

With wet hands form the coconut balls, then place them in a tray lined with baking paper and greased with butter. (I recommend using a tray with a diameter of 26, because I used a 21 and the chocolate top -it came out a bit high)

Pour the composite countertop evenly over the coconut balls, then bake for 30 minutes.

Boil the milk, sugar and butter until lightly thickened, then add to the heat and add the broken chocolate to the pieces. Mix well until the chocolate melts and the composition becomes creamy.

Pour the hot icing over the hot cake. Allow the cake to cool well before cutting.

I shaved a little white chocolate on top, but if you like you can sprinkle coconut flakes.
