We start by making the dough for meatballs:

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small cubes and boil them in cold salted water.

When they have boiled well, drain them of water, and let them cool a bit. Mix them with eggs, meat, spices and crushed garlic.

From this composition we form the meatballs and fry them in hot oil on both sides.

Remove them on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Separately make the sauce:

Peel the garlic and grind it. Put it in a little oil. Add the tomato juice, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and let it simmer until it reaches the desired consistency.

Put the meatballs in the sauce, add the vinegar and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
