Veal escalope with mushrooms

Portion the meat as for slices. Beat with a meat hammer on both sides. Season the slices with salt and pepper and pass through flour.


Heat oil in the pan. Put the pieces of meat and brown nicely on both sides. Remove and keep warm.

Put the butter in the remaining oil and melt it. Add the sliced ​​garlic and cook for a minute. Add the mushrooms and cook a little longer. Put the slices of meat, wine and soup, turn the heat to medium and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the sauce is thick. Add sour cream, paprika to taste and match the taste of salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and you're done.

Serve with pasta, puree or polenta.
