Beef soup with celery

We wash the beef, cut it into cubes and let them boil in boiled water.

In a pressure cooker, boil the meat until it is almost ready. Add the vegetables, onions, finely chopped peppers, broth, salt to taste and simmer for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and wash the potatoes, cut into small cubes and let it boil for a few more minutes. After turning off the heat I added lemon juice (to taste) and finely chopped green celery.

Beef soup recipe

Here is a traditional recipe for beef soup, which no one can refuse. Beef soup is delicious, nutritious and everyone likes it. If you don't like this beef soup, you can improve it with sour cream, yogurt, tomato juice, lots of greens, hot peppers.

1 beef bone with meat on it
300 g potatoes
1 large onion
500 g of vegetable soup (carrots, parsley, parsnips)
1 small celery with stem
100 g green beans
100 g white cabbage
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 liter bag
1 link parsley
1 link leustean
salt and pepper to taste

Wash the chip bone very well, boil the bone cut into 2-3 pieces in salted water to cover it

Bring to the boil until foam forms, which is removed, add about half a teaspoon of salt and simmer for 1 hour. Cover the pot with a lid and check from time to time if it has enough water to boil

Wash, clean and cut the vegetables as desired (cubes, slices, etc.). Turn the heat to medium and add the chopped vegetables

After 20 minutes, check if the vegetables have boiled, let them boil for another 10-15 minutes

Put the tomato paste and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Add the borscht, chopped walnuts and parsley and bring to the boil. It tastes and matches salt and pepper

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green parsley, along with hot peppers in vinegar.


Beef soup

A delicious soup, full of vegetables, but also some protein from lean beef or veal. Veal muscle is preferable because it boils much faster and is not as strong as beef. The soup can also be eaten at lunch, but it can be a hearty dinner, with few calories and few carbohydrates, as nutritionists advise :)

For 5 - 6 servings we need:

Cut the meat into cubes suitable for small, however they will gather and boil, and put it to boil, with a lid, in about 3.5 liters of salted water. We have to be on stage when it starts to boil because this meat makes a lot of foam that needs to be removed, to have a clear soup. After the meat is quite cooked, at least halfway, peel the tomato and put it together with the finely chopped vegetables. Eventually you can add the potato and zucchini a little later, because they boil faster. When all the vegetables are cooked, add the broth, season with salt, pepper and the soup is ready :)
Serve with freshly chopped greens this soup to which I did not add any oil and which has calories per 100 grams has 60 calories.

Peasant vegetable soup

  • 1/2 kg. beef
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • 1 pc. pastirnac
  • 1/2 tablespoon broth
  • 1/2 pc. celery
  • 2 pcs. potatoes
  • 2 pcs. tomatoes,
  • 2 l water,
  • salt,
  • parsley,
  • lovage
  • 1/2 l cabbage juice
  • 1 thread leek
  • 1 pc. parsley root

Wash the meat, cut into suitable pieces and place in a pot with water and salt, on the fire. When it starts to boil, remove the foam several times, until it no longer forms, then add a pinch of salt. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely. When the meat and vegetables are almost cooked, add the rice, picked and washed. Tomatoes, peeled, symbolized and sliced, add a little more oil. In the absence of tomatoes, put the broth dissolved in a tablespoon. Let it boil for another 20 minutes. Separately, boil the cabbage juice in a bowl and, when it boils, pour it through a strainer into the soup pot. After the soup has boiled a few more, add the salt and the sour cream, adding if necessary the juice or lemon salt dissolved in water. When ready, add the finely chopped parsley and dill leaves.

I like soups of any kind, but beef soup is my favorite. I prepare it quite often, especially because it is a soup rich in vegetables, light, it can be served with sour cream, hot peppers and some croutons to the delight of the family.


Steps

I took lean beef but also a bone, it will give the soup a better taste. Cut the meat into cubes and boil it in salted water with the bone, remove the foam whenever needed. The cooking time depends on how old the meat is.
While the meat is boiling, prepare the vegetables.

Cut into cubes potatoes, onions, carrots and celery, sliced ​​peppers, pods cut in half and chop cabbage.
Try the meat, when it is almost cooked, add the chopped vegetables, let it simmer over low heat. We put the tomatoes cut or grated and 150ml of tomato juice, we put half a hot pepper cut into slices without seeds gives a special taste to the soup. When the vegetables and meat are cooked, pour the borscht, season with salt and add the greens.
After a few boils the soup is ready, and what an appetizing aroma floats in the kitchen.
Serve with sour cream and hot peppers.
