Boil the potatoes in their skins or slices, then cut into small cubes. Put in a larger bowl, then add green onions cut into small pieces, pitted olives, sliced ​​cucumbers. Match everything with salt and pepper, add oil and vinegar and mix everything very well.

Then I decorated the salad with the rest of the mayonnaise, sliced ​​boiled eggs, cucumber in vinegar and a few sprigs of parsley. Enjoy!
