- blueberries - 1.5 kg
- gelling sugar - 500 g
- lemon - 1 pc

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cranberry jam:
Wash the blueberries well and choose the twigs or leaves
Put the blueberries in a large pot together with the sugar and lemon juice
Bring to a boil over medium heat
From the moment it starts to boil, leave it on the fire for 15 minutes, then set it aside
Put the hot jam in clean, dry jars and close the lids tightly
Cover the jars with a thick towel and let them cool slowly
