Because it's blueberry season, I couldn't resist making at least a few jars :)

  • blueberries - 1.5 kg
  • gelling sugar - 500 g
  • lemon - 1 pc

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


  • Wash the blueberries well and choose the twigs or leaves

  • Put the blueberries in a large pot together with the sugar and lemon juice

  • Bring to a boil over medium heat

  • From the moment it starts to boil, leave it on the fire for 15 minutes, then set it aside

  • Put the hot jam in clean, dry jars and close the lids tightly

  • Cover the jars with a thick towel and let them cool slowly
