For dough: we put the ingredients in the bread machine in the order written above and let the machine knead the dough. leave the dough to rise for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauces.

For the red sauce: mix all the ingredients and season to taste.

For the white sauce:Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the white flour and mix with a whisk to dissolve the flour and not to form lumps. Add warm milk and cheese, season with salt and bring to the boil.

For assembly: we spread the pizza dough in a round pizza sheet (it didn't come out too round for me, yes there were no bathrooms), we put it in the tray, but we let the edges hang considering that the pizza will be folded. Grease with red sauce, add the grated cheese, olives and diced ham. Put the white sauce on top, bring the edges left over the tray on top and fold and fold the edges. Bake at 190 degrees for 12 minutes, remove the pizza and grease it on top with 1-2 tablespoons of red sauce and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
