I wanted to make a cake with coconut and strawberries together, so I thought I would change my recipe for chocolate salami with ricotta and coconut. A really good dessert came out. Here is the recipe:

Mix the ricotta (urda) well with the sugar, add the coconut and the biscuits, vanilla flavor. put the sliced ​​strawberries and twist the composition with the foil making a roll. Tighten the rolled ends and put it in the fridge (in the colder area) for at least 3-4 hours. Remove the paper, sprinkle with rolled grated coconut. You can sprinkle grated coconut before spreading the composition on the baking paper with a spoon. Cut into slices and serve plain or with a strawberry sauce passed through a sieve, sweetened and flavored with a little strawberry liqueur. It can be garnished with whipped cream and a strawberry on top of each slice.

First we will deal with the cream. Heat the whipped cream and add chopped dark chocolate. Stir continuously until it melts. Then leave the cream to cool and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Then sift the flour with the cocoa powder in a deep bowl and add a pinch of salt. Mix well. Beat the yolks with 2/3 sugar, and separately beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until you get a solid foam.

Add the yolks to the flour bowl and mix well. At the end, add the egg whites. Mix everything with a wooden spoon.

Pour the dough obtained in a tray lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Do not let the dough bake too long because it can dry out.

Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool completely. After the 3 hours have passed, take the chocolate cream out of the fridge and beat it a little with the mixer to obtain a smooth cream.

Grease the top with jam, add chocolate cream and some strawberries. Roll the dough. Melt the chocolate with a little oil in the microwave.

Pour the icing obtained over the roll and add the chocolates on top. Leave the roll in the fridge for a few hours, after which we can cut it and serve. Good appetite!
