I have a surplus of flour and in order not to grow old, I started to make bread. Such a good bread came out, it always reminds me of my childhood years when I made bread at the age of 13 in the test (round tray with legs) and I kneaded it so much that when I had to take it out of the oven I barely took it out as it grew well. Our daily bread is good, give it to us, Lord, every day. Amen!
- 1 kg. of flour
- 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 350 ml of hot water
- 50 ml oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Homemade bread:
I put the flour in a bowl, added salt, sugar and fresh yeast and made a mayonnaise with hot water which I covered and let it rise for 10 minutes. Then knead well, adding water if necessary (depending on the flour) Towards the end, add the oil, knead a little more (it is well kneaded when the hands remain clean) Cover and let it grow in a warmer place ( not being up to date is important)
Then I prepared two cake trays, I greased them. After the dough has risen well, divide it in two, shape it and place it in the cake trays, leaving it to rise for another 10 minutes. Then put the trays in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for about 1 hour. When the bread is well browned, take it out and wet it with a little silicone water (soften the crust).
Let it be useful to you.
I can only say that I thank God for every piece he gives us at the table.
It is a good and filling bread and it lasts much longer than the one on the market.
