- 4 eggs
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 6 tablespoons yogurt
- 175 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a bowl of raspberries (can also be used frozen)
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Raspberry cake:
Preheat the oven and sift the flour.
In a bowl put eggs, sugar and vanilla essence and mix. Alternatively, add the oil and yogurt.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix gently.
Wallpaper a tray with oil and flour and pour the composition. From place to place, put the raspberries evenly and put the tray in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
