Apple pie

We mix the flour with the sugar and the yeast. Knead a non-sticky dough with warm milk

Meanwhile, peel the apples. We put them on the large grater and put them to harden with sugar and cinnamon. We don't leave much to the quality so as not to "flake" the apples

I greased the baking tin with a little butter and spread the dough, then I put the apples on top

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until it turns a golden brown color
