The well-washed chicken is placed on a wooden surface where we season it as much as we like. Cut the lemons into 4 and fill the chicken with them. Prepare a dish for the oven, put the whole chicken and leave it for about 1 hour and a half (depending on how penetrating or juicy we like it) in the oven, turning it on both sides. Remove the well-browned chicken.
