An easy, quick and tasty dessert, we really like it.
- 1 packet of puff pastry
- 400 ml liquid cream
- 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert rolls with whipped cream:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees C, meanwhile open the dough and cut it into thin strips, then roll it into shapes and bake until golden.
Let cool and then remove the molds.
Beat the whipped cream with powdered sugar and vanilla essence, then fill them and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
The preparation method is the same as in the previous recipe, with or without egg whites. It is preferable to prepare with egg whites, as it doubles its volume and avoids granulation. The whipped cream will be soft, like a whipped cream, as it is the top of it (without whey), it will not stick more, so it can be used for garnishing at any time, it will keep its shape well and will not leave what in preparation.
If the whipped foam is procured, the whipped cream is kept in the refrigerator, until it is mixed with the whipped cream whipped cream, following the same procedure with gelatin. The whipped cream with gelatin for garnish is placed in a cone with a notched spirit at the top and with it any garnish will be garnished, according to the indications in the recipes: savarines, cakes, rolls, etc.
This soft whipped cream will be used only for garnishing on top, where it must maintain its shape, or for filling rolls of French dough, in which it will not be pressed by the weight of the sheets. The dish to be decorated must be kept in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to be cold.
If left at room temperature, the gelatin in the cream, in contact with the warmer preparation, will soak immediately and will lose its shape (it will be left).
