& # 8220Baked potatoes with cherry tomatoes and chicken wings & # 8221 I think it can be a dish to please the whole family. I also chose to add a little green onion (can be replaced with red onion) and green garlic (can be replaced with garlic cloves) for extra flavor!

As I avoided eating onions and garlic for a long time due to gastric problems, I chose to enjoy their flavor by using them in the dishes adding them from the beginning, along with all the other ingredients and not at the end!

  • 2 green garlic cloves (white side only)
  • 2 green onions (white side only)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes

  • olive oil
  • thyme

Place the meat on top sprinkled with olive oil and lemon juice, cover with aluminum foil and put in a preheated oven at 200 for 40 minutes. Set the foil aside and leave for another 40 minutes.

We talk the chicken wings, cut the tips, wash them well and put them in a bowl. Add all the ingredients mentioned above (except water) and let it cool for an hour. Then transfer them to a non-stick pan with the sauce formed, add water and cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Preheat the oven and put the wings for 30 minutes with the foil on top, then leave them for another 15-20 minutes, on low heat without foil until they brown nicely on top. If the liquid in the bowl drops too much and the meat is not done, add another glass of warm water.

A simple recipe for wings with a wonderful taste and without hidden ingredients.

Because we make spicy sweet wings, we also need the sweet element. I chose to use fructose, even though sugar or honey is usually used. Fructose is a natural fruit sweetener and does its job very well in this recipe. Of course you can also use white or brown sugar, as you wish. Honey is also good, as is agave or maple syrup. You can also add oyster sauce if you have it in the fridge, as well as a little sesame oil at the end. Sesame oil is very fragrant, but it is strong and must be put in small quantities.

These spicy sweet wings are marinated and all these ingredients are baked without the addition of fat. Honestly, I was impressed by the taste of these Asian-style wings. They are excellent! Slightly sweet, slightly spicy, slightly salty and slightly sour. An excellent recipe with which you can turn some ordinary wings into a culinary feast. Serve these hot sweet-spicy wings with your favorite garnish and with a refreshing yogurt sauce. I go very well with fried rice or with your favorite sauce. I assure you that you will keep doing them!

  • 1kg potatoes
  • chicken wings or turkey (goes with wings)
  • olive oil
  • a teaspoon of sugar
  • paprika
  • rosemary
  • chilli or paprika (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Peel the potatoes and cut them into suitable pieces, cubes or slices. Wash hammers and put them in an ovenproof dish together with potatoes.

Add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, a little rozamarin, paprika, a little sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 50 minutes. Do not add water to the pan, the potatoes contain enough so that after losing some of it in the oven to remain with an interesting texture and a delicious taste.

If you like it a little spicy, you can add a little chilli among the ingredients. In tandem with sugar and olive oil will create a delicious sauce.

Potatoes at oven they never fail and are a good garnish for any recipe.

Baked chicken wings with potatoes

Baked chicken wings with potatoes, a simple and delicious food, perfect for the whole family. As I didn't have much time today, I quickly prepared these crispy baked chicken wings with potatoes. I tasted them with garlic sauce and a little lettuce, they were so tasty, I can't wait to make them again.

The chicken wings were my father's favorites and, because Dad was my model, of course I liked them too. He cooked them wonderfully, most often in stews, soups and breaded wings. My mom and brother squinted when they heard of chicken wings, so my dad and I sat at the table and enjoyed a great lunch together, just the two of us.

Whenever I find chicken wings in the store (they are quite rare here), oven wings recipe is first on the list.

Like I said, I don't really like chicken, but when it comes to chicken hammers (see here a delicious recipe for crispy hammers) or wings, I eat them with the greatest appetite. My recipe today is spicy, we love the spicy taste, so it could not be missing from these wings in the oven.

Be sure to use large chicken wings, the meat will be juicy, and the wings will have a crispy and tasty crust. A madness of taste!

So if you're wondering what we cook with chicken wings, be sure to try this recipe. It is so tasty, you will definitely like it.

CHICKEN WINGS WITH OVEN POTATOES - VIDEO RECIPE

My dear ones, when you are full of ideas and do not know what to cook, do the following: take some potatoes and some meat and put them in the oven. Surely something good is coming out! :)
I made my own baked chicken legs with potatoes and tomato sauce and baked meatballs with potatoes, but the winning combination is baked chicken wings with potatoes! The wings being smaller, they penetrate better and brown more beautifully and become absolutely delicious!

The basic ingredients for this recipe are the wings and potatoes, further seasoned to taste. I put here what I knew we like, that is pepper, paprika, garlic and rosemary. But you can use any other spices you like. Baked chicken wings with potatoes are absolutely wonderful and if you leave them simple, only with salt.

Baked chicken wings with potatoes are perfect for lunch but also for dinner and go great with a seasonal salad or pickles.
We really, really liked this recipe and before I could write and post it on the blog I did it twice :)

Ingredients needed to prepare the recipe for baked chicken wings with potatoes (for a tray of 25 / 35cm or larger):

- 2 kg of potatoes
- 10 chicken wings
- 4-5 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
- 1 teaspoon with a pinch of salt (or to taste)
- 5-6 cloves of garlic (optional)

Note: In the video recipe I gave up rosemary and garlic.

How to prepare chicken wings recipe with baked potatoes:

I put the potato wings in the preheated oven (180ºC for the electric oven) for about 1.5 hours.

After about 45 minutes I removed the aluminum foil and put the tray back in the oven until the wings were browned.

Baking time is not strict. After 45 minutes of baking with aluminum foil and the potatoes and wings are almost ready. Keep in the oven until you reach the desired degree of browning. I kept the potato wings in the oven for about 1.5 hours.
As you can see, the cooking time of the chicken wings with baked potatoes is extremely short, it is true that they stay in the oven for a long time, but in the meantime we can take care of others. And the taste is exceptional! I made my own 3 times chicken wings with baked potatoes and I still ask :)

Crush the garlic cloves and put them in a larger bowl. Add the chicken wings, oil and pepper paste over them. Combine the curry powder with the paprika, salt and pepper and put the mixture in the bowl over the other ingredients. Mix all the ingredients well in the bowl.

Place the wings in a baking paper tray, first face down. Put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.

When they have browned on one side, turn the wings and let them cook on the face as well. Once they have turned golden, sprinkle them with a little honey and increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees for a few minutes.

Take them out of the oven and enjoy them with some sauteed potatoes, straw or puree. Good appetite!

Spanish style wings with baked potatoes

I just returned from northern Spain, from San Sebastian, a gastronomic center, a city with a total of 16 Michelin stars. It's the first time I visit Spain and I chose this city because it has everything: the best food, good wine, the beach, beautiful architecture. It was a dream come true, only the reality was more beautiful than the dream. I will put some pictures in a separate post, but until then I let you enjoy an inspired recipe from there.

In northern Spain the emphasis is on the quality of the ingredients, with quite a few spices (only peppers in the form of paprika or hot flakes and sea salt). And among the greens the most prized is parsley. For pork and chicken I noticed that I generally use a mixture of smoked paprika, garlic and sherry vinegar (or sherry). My wings are inspired by this combination. I go served with a glass of beer. In San Sebastian it was very convenient for me to order only a small glass of beer (about half a tap from us).
