Because I'm in the Motherland of pasta, you have to adapt to the conditions, I don't really like pasta but I'm happy ..... So I only made a portion ...
- a little olive oil
- 200gr pasta
- 1 red
- 1/2 half small onion, small ...
- 1/2 clove garlic
- basil (2 beauties)
- pepper
- rosemary a small twig
- 1 can of tuna (50 gr)
- 1 tablespoon parmesan
Servings: 1
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tuna pasta:
I scalded the tomato and cleaned it of the skin, then chopped it finely. Then in a saucepan I put a little olive oil, finely chopped onion and let it harden a little. Then I added the chopped tomato and I let it boil for a while then I added the crushed garlic so whole, the rosemary and the tuna, I adjusted the salt and pepper I left for another 5 min. then I seasoned with basil. (I added another tablespoon of broth)
In a pot of boiling water and a pinch of salt I put the pasta and observed the cooking time on the package for 10 minutes. After boiling, I strained them, rinsed them with cold water, then placed them in a plate, put the sauce over them and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Great appetite! The fastest way to cook.
