- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 100 g flour
- 200 g salami (you can put sausage, ham, parsley)
- 100 g cheese (I put Delaco)
- 1 teaspoon and a half baking powder
- 2 teaspoons oil
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer muffins:
In a bowl beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Then add sifted flour and mix with baking powder and mix. Then add the grated cheese and salami. At the end we add the oil. We line a tray of muffins with papers or butter and fill the forms (we can sprinkle cheese on top). Then we put the tray in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes until the browns are browned on top.
They are good both hot and cold.
From the quantities specified above we get 12 muffins.
I advise you to grease the papers before filling them, or better put them directly in the muffin tray lined with butter, because on the first round the muffins stuck to the papers!
