I cut the chicken breast into thin and long strips (about 12 pieces)

Method of preparation:

Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside until the chicken breast is ready. Wash and dry the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Fill each breast with the filling and grind with toothpicks.

Pass each chicken breast through the flour and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry on both sides until well penetrated.

Transfer to a tray in which you put baking paper and bake at 180C for about 15 minutes.

Preparation: Heat the oil in the pan and throw in it the chopped garlic and finely chopped ham. After about 30-40 seconds of sizzling, add the chicken breast, also cut into pieces. 1. Put the chicken breast in a non-stick pan and fry, stirring occasionally.

3. Separately put the butter in a pan, add the sour cream and leave it on the fire until it warms up. Then add the feta cheese and crush it with a fork. Leave it on the fire, stirring constantly, another 3 minutes.

4. When the sauce is ready, pour it over the chest, add pepper and leave for another 2 minutes. Taste and if necessary add salt. CAREFUL! The feta cheese is salty. Do not add salt before tasting.
