Namely, take a sheet, grease it with butter, put it on another sheet, grease it again with butter and one more and you're done. Three are sufficient. Put a teaspoon of the wonderful mushroom composition and wrap it as your imagination allows. It is certain that some triangles must come out. The heads stick together, as if they had just been melted. Place it nicely in the pan and put it in the preheated oven at about 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until it gets a yellow-brown color and which, of course, does not show signs of blackness.

But somewhere in the middle of the process, or even towards the end, we take out the tray nicely from the oven and sprinkle over each pate, the grated cheese. And I put them in the oven until it seemed melted and completely spread over each pate. Well, it fell apart, but you can nibble when it gets cold.

Carbohydrates are few because although they are floury, those floury ones are almost insignificant. Let's start with the composition: boiled mushrooms have 5 grams of carbohydrates per hundred grams, so 25 in total. Add 10 more onions and bell peppers and approximate 45. And 10 grams of puff pastry. So about 5-6 grams of carbs on each pate I say but I increase it to 15 because no one can resist one. So I don't have to say how delicious they could be. In fact, it shouldn't be that they're already gone!

Put all the liquid components (and butter) in a bowl and mix them with a spoon. Gradually add the flour mixed with salt and knead first with a spoon and then with your hands until the dough becomes homogeneous and non-sticky. The dough must not be very soft but not hard, it must be maneuverable. If you find it soft (which I don't think…) add a little more flour and knead well until you get the desired consistency.

Then prepare the mushroom composition as follows: boil the whole mushrooms then drain them well and chop them as small as we want in the food processor or with a knife.

We put them in a bowl and mix them with grated cheese, chopped dill, the 3 eggs, salt and pepper to taste. It is good to taste the salt before adding it, if the cheese is too salty it may not be needed.

Divide the dough in half and spread the sheets on the work surface slightly greased with oil. We place the first sheet in the tray lined with baking paper, we put the composition and on top the other sheet that we prick from place to place with a fork.

Grease the surface of the dough with the egg and sour cream mixture and bake the pie in the preheated oven at 180ºC until it browns nicely.

It is served both hot and cold, it is a special appetizer, nutritious and delicious.

6. Spread the dough into a thin sheet. Add the previously prepared filling and form a roll.

7. Using a knife, cut 5-7 cm rolls.

8. Place the rolls on a tray covered with baking paper.
