A very simple tart with a bread top. It can be adapted to what you have in the fridge.

RECIPE PREPARATION Spinach and feta cheese tart:

Beat an egg and mix it with milk. Grease a cake tin with butter. Then place the slices of bread that I soaked in the egg with milk. Put a few pieces of butter on top.

Heat the spinach in a tablespoon of butter and season it. Heat a little green onion, I prefer it that way. You can put it raw if you want.

Place the ham, spinach and feta cheese on top of the slices of bread.

Finally the cherry tomatoes.

Beat the remaining 3 eggs and incorporate the cream.

Put eggs with sour cream on top of the tart and grate cheese.

Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and browns a little.

Serve preferably hot.

Tart with spinach and cottage cheese

The tart with spinach and cottage cheese is delicious and very easy to make.

ingredients

  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 300 g spinach, chopped
  • 300 g of cottage cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 3-4 eggs

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, spread the puff pastry dough on the bottom of the oven tray (slightly deep) in a thin layer, spreading upwards on the edges. Put the tray in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes - it should bake a bit.

Meanwhile, sauté the spinach in a little olive oil in a pan, then, after turning off the heat, mix the cottage cheese with the spinach and season to taste.

After removing the tray from the oven, spread the filling over the dough. From place to place make a hole in the filling and add an egg. A little oil dripped on them. Put the tray back in the oven, at 200 degrees, until the eggs are well cooked.

If you have to exclude gluten from your diet, this does not mean that you can no longer enjoy your favorite foods. There are countless ways to replace gluten-containing ingredients. Of course, the best advice is to use gluten-free flour, but if you find it too expensive or difficult to procure, you can try other substitutes. For example, if you want to enjoy a savory tart, you can replace the classic crust with a sweet potato crust. Here's a good starting point for countless recipes. Because, practically, this crust can be filled with any ingredients, depending on preferences and tolerances.

We suggest a spinach tart or other seasonal greens because it is spring and we must enjoy fresh food as often as we can. But you can also use mushrooms, squash, eggplant or other vegetables. As for feta cheese which gives a special flavor to this preparation, it may be replaced by goat's or sheep's cheese, mozzarella or other permitted types of cheese.

INGREDIENTS

2 sweet potatoes, medium, peeled and cut into thin slices like chips

1 medium onion, finely chopped (or green onion)

100-150 gr fresh spinach (or other seasonal greens - leurd, for example)

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon freshly ground red pepper

50 gr of feta cheese (sheep, goat, ricotta, etc.)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Take a tart / pan form with a diameter of 20-24 cm and grease it with oil. Then form the “crust” of the tart by placing the thin slices of sweet potatoes around the tray so that they overlap in half, as well as on the bottom of the dish you have chosen for baking. Spray oil on the potato slices and place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, put a little oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion. Leave to sauté for 3 minutes, then add the spinach for another 3 minutes. Then take the pan off the heat.

In a bowl, mix the milk, 4 eggs and 2 egg whites, salt and pepper. Remove the potato crust from the oven and place the sauteed spinach. Add the mixture of eggs, milk, salt, black and red pepper, and then the cubes of feta cheese. Put the tray back in the oven and bake for another 35 minutes at the same temperature, or as long as it takes to thicken the egg mixture.

When the tart is baked, take it out of the oven, let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then portion it.

It is easier to digest, has a lower allergic potential and generates less inflammation in the body, which means that it is a better option for cow's milk. Its composition contains minerals and vitamins: phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B2, proteins, carbohydrates, sodium, vitamins B6, B12, A, D, PP, selenium, etc.

One of the great benefits of feta cheese is its protection against cancer. It also helps to improve the immune system, protects the bones, improves the health of the intestines, due to its probiotic effect, prevents headaches, protects the eyes, treats anemia, etc.

Tart with spinach and feta cheese

ingredients: 1 kg peeled and sliced ​​eggplant, 1 tablespoon grated salt, 150 ml olive oil, 1 large onion cleaned and finely chopped, 700 g fresh peeled and cut tomatoes, ground black pepper, 60 g flour, 30 g grated Parmesan, 350 g feta cheese, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil. Preparation: Sprinkle salt over the eggplant slices and let the bitter juice come out. In a saucepan, put the onion to harden with a little olive oil, add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then set aside and add the basil. Heat the eggplant slices and drain the juice well. Place a layer of eggplant on the bottom of a round tray, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, part of the feta cheese and part of the tomato sauce, then put another layer of eggplant, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce and the rest of the cheese on top for decoration. . Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

A unique way to cook spinach in a crispy dough, this tart with spinach and cheese can be the ideal appetizer or the perfect snack at work!

ingredients

1 packet of butter or margarine
9 tablespoons boiled borscht
flour
1 sachet of baking powder
20 g of yeast
1 v & acircrf of sugar
1 little lukewarm water
3 eggs (optional)
1 v & acircrf of knife salt

500 g spinach
salt pepper
3 eggs
300 g br & acircnză harder
1 box of 250 ml sm & acircnt & acircna

Method of preparation

Prepare the yeast mayonnaise: put 20 g of yeast, a glass of sugar knife and a little lukewarm water in a cup. Mix well, cover and let it swell a little.

In a larger bowl, add the butter or margarine, and over it add 9 tablespoons of boiled borscht (put the chicken right as soon as it boils). Mix well so that the butter melts.

Gradually add the sifted flour, which you put in a sachet of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir and then add the mayonnaise.

Add as much flour as you need, until the dough is removed from the fingers.

If you want, you can add 3 more eggs here.

Mix well and set aside for a maximum of 15 minutes or until you prepare the filling.

To do this, boil 1.2 l of water with a pinch of salt. When it boils, add the previously washed spinach. Bring it to a boil twice, then take it out on a wooden board, drain it and chop it well. Salt and pepper.

Then, make a homogeneous composition of 3 eggs, 300 g of sheep or goat cheese, harder, which you give through a grater, 1 box of sour cream and chopped spinach.

Mix well and set aside.

Take the coca, sprinkle some flour on a wooden board or on the table, spread the coca on a thinner sheet, then add it to a heat-resistant tray lined with baking sheet.

It would be preferable to have dough on the sides of the bowl, so that it supports the filling. If not, you can stop the dough a bit, shape spiral bars out of it that you put around the tray, on the edges.

Spread the above spinach composition nicely and add a few larger pieces of cheese.


Spanakopita - pie with spinach and feta cheese

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, then remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, mix the feta cheese with the eggs.


Add the spinach mixture (after it has cooled) and mix well.

Put a sheet of dough in a tray with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the partially cooked sheet.

Place the other sheet on top, notched in the shape of squares, as the spanakopita will be cut at the end.

Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, until nicely browned on top.
