Wash the meat, wipe it with some napkins and cut it into suitable pieces. Finely chop the cleaned onion, cut the peeled carrot in half lengthwise, then slices. Orange and yellow peppers, clean the stalks, seeds and cut them into cubes.
Connect the Multicooker Express Pressure Cooker to a power source. Set the Brown / Saute function for 10 minutes and press the Start / Stop button. Put the oil, the meat and sauté them. Add the onion, paprika, vegetable mixture, bay leaves and turn. After 2-3 minutes, add the carrots, peppers, salt and pepper. Stir and leave until the set time expires. Press Start / Stop. Put the tomato juice, donut paste with kapia and 1/2 cup of water. Mix everything, put the lid on and turn until it is locked. Make sure the steam valve is closed. Press the Meat / Stew function, High pressure and a time of 50 minutes. Now press the Start / Stop button. Let the stew cook until the time is ready. Unplug the appliance, let it rest for 10 minutes, then with a wooden spatula, open the steam valve. When the steam is completely removed, open the lid. The meat comes out so tender, as if you don't have teeth, you can still eat it: D ... If you think it has too much liquid, set the Brown / Saute function and give it a few more boils. I didn't need it anymore. A great stew came out and can be served with puree, rice, pickles or whatever you like!
