Put mineral water with sugar in a bowl.
we spin with a fork until the sugar melts.
then add the oil, essence and jam.
then add the orange peel, baking powder and flour gradually.
finally add the cocoa and incorporate it well.
grease the muffin tray with margarine.
we fill them on 3 quarters with composition.
on top we put chopped walnut kernels.
put the tray in the hot oven until the muffins are cooked.
then take them out and let them cool.
prepare the icing with 2 tablespoons of cold water, then grease the muffins with it.
sprinkle coconut on top.
