Pyramid cake with stars

Pyramid cake with stars

Cream

In a bowl, mix the unsweetened liquid cream with the sugar and put it on the fire until it boils. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate pieces and mix until the chocolate melts. After it has cooled a bit, add the rum essence, mix, then put the cream in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

countertop

Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl. Separately, in another bowl, mix the foam eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar, oil and milk, mixing after each one. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients, stirring with a spatula or mixer on stage 1. At the end, pour the hot coffee and mix.

Pour the composition into the large stove tray lined with baking paper and spread the composition with a spatula over the entire surface of the tray.

Put the pan in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes

Remove from the oven and let the countertop cool completely.

Assembly

We divide the countertop sheet into 5 pieces as follows: 12 cm, 10 cm, 7 cm, 5.5 cm and 2.5 cm (from the two edges of the countertop we cut about 0.5 cm)

Leave the cut strips so glued and grease with chocolate cream (leaving about 2 full tablespoons for garnish)

We then take each strip in turn and overlap them from bottom to top from the widest to the narrowest, to get the shape of the pyramid.

In a bowl, mix the whipped cream with the powdered sugar and the whipped cream hardener until you get a consistent foam.

Add the chocolate cream and mix with a whisk.

We put whipped cream in a pos and decorate on both sides of the pyramid.

Put the plate in the fridge until we prepare the stars.

For the stars, melt the chocolate on a steam bath, put it in a bag and make a small hole in one end and draw stars on a baking sheet.

Put the star paper in the fridge for a few minutes until it hardens.

We decorate the cake with chocolate stars and among them we put small white / blue stars.

Keep the cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.

Why are these exhortations so important?

Wheat is turned into flour through the grinding process. Depending on the degree of extraction, you will also find the proportion in which the qualities of the wheat grain are found in the flour. If in the case of wholemeal flour, the degree of extraction is 100%, valuable nutrients are lost in the preparation of normal flour: most of the thiamine and iron, most of the nicotinic acid and phosphorus, as well as proteins with biological value. high. The lower the degree of extraction, the whiter the resulting flour, but with a low nutrient content.

Along with fiber, foods in this group provide a considerable amount of minerals and vitamins. Folic acid is one of the components of whole grains, having a special importance both in the prenatal period and in the adult person (decreases the risk of coronary heart disease, stroke and some forms of cancer).

The bread
Be careful, though! Not every type of dark bread automatically means that the bread is made from wholemeal flour (as it is mistakenly believed). When you want to buy a quality bread, you must take into account a few elements related to the composition (the list of ingredients must be as short as possible: flour & # 8211 at least partially whole - water, yeast and salt, preferably), appearance (a wheat flour bread must have a crispy crust and the inside full of air bubbles, which means that it has been left for a long time to rise. The core must not be sticky or flabby. In the case of bread with a important flour from other cereals & # 8211 rye, barley, oats, rice -, the core must be denser) and the way it is stored (a good bread, without preservatives, dries when it ages, does not mold) .

Assortments of bread

Rye bread
In the case of processing rye grains, it is more difficult to eliminate bran and germs, so rye bread generally contains more nutrients than regular wheat flour bread. There are also studies that show that rye flour is much better tolerated by people with diabetes.

Multigrain bread
It is denser and has a more pronounced aroma, due to the combination of cereals (wheat, rye, barley, corn, rice) and sometimes seeds (sunflower, pumpkin). It is rich not only in vitamins and minerals, but also in fiber, which helps digestion, being suitable with a light spring salad.

Potato bread
A slice of potato bread contains a significant amount of potassium and vitamin C and goes perfectly with a Transylvanian soup. Caution: this should contain fresh potatoes, not potato flakes, which lose much of their nutrients after rehydration.

Cereals
Whole grains have an important content of essential nutrients (antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein), which provide many health benefits. In addition, the complex carbohydrates in whole grains slow down the release of energy in the body, being a caloric source for the whole day.

Eating at least three servings of whole grains a day helps reduce the risk of diabetes, obesity, coronary heart disease and certain cancers, while ensuring better control of body weight. Women who consume more whole grains have a body weight closer to optimal, given that cereals replace foods with high caloric density and decrease energy intake.

Rice (information taken from the Gastronomic Dictionary)
It is an indispensable food for almost half of the world's population, there are currently over 7,000 varieties of rice. These are generally classified according to the size of the grain & # 8211 long, medium or short & # 8211 and by color & # 8211 white or brown. In most cases, short grain rice is good for puddings (because the grains are thick, almost round, and when they stick together), the one with the right grain is good for risotto, and the long grain rice for salads, garnishes ( the grains must not stick together).

Basmati rice
It is the best long grain rice. & quotBasmati & quot means & quotparfumat & quot has a special aroma after it is boiled, and the grain remains loose.
Use: with curry, in salads.
Boiling time: 45-50 minutes

Brown rice
It is peeled only from the hard, outer shell. It contains more vitamin B and more fiber than white rice. Usage: can be replaced with white rice, but boils harder than it.
Boiling time: 30-35 minutes.

Long grain American rice
One of the most commonly used types of rice. When cooked, the grains remain separate. Use: as a side dish, in salads, pilaf.
Cooking method: see the article: & quotHow to cook long grain rice & quot.

Thai fragrant rice
It is not, in fact, more fragrant than other long-grain rice, but it has a strong consistency and is slightly sticky. Use: for South Asian dishes
Boiling time: 10-12 minutes

Camaragua Rice (France)
Unpeeled rice, red in color, with a round grain, with a sticky, creamy consistency and with a nutty taste.
Use: for salads, game or fish.
Boiling time: 30 minutes, then remove from heat and let stand 15-20 minutes.

Rice for risotto
The most well-known Italian rice varieties are carnaoli and arborio, it maintains its shape well during cooking and absorbs a lot of liquid.
Use: for risotto and rice puddings.
Boiling time: see risotto recipe.

Japanese rice
Sushi is a medium-sized grain rice, rich in starch, which makes it sticky during cooking.
Use: in Japanese dishes.
Boiling time: 10-12 minutes after being soaked for 30 minutes beforehand.

Wild rice
They are, in fact, the seeds of a wild herbaceous plant from North America. The beans crack during cooking, but are very nutritious and have a very pleasant nutty taste. Use: together with other types of rice, as a filling, as well as in salads.
Boiling time: 45-50 minutes

Rice for pudding
It is a variety with a short, round grain, used for puddings, very tasty. It can absorb a lot of liquid and give a creamy consistency when cooked. Use: rice desserts, pilaf.
Boiling time: about 30 minutes.

Rice oil
& bdquoCompete & ldquo with olive oil for the title of the healthiest oil and it seems to have a high chance of winning. It has the highest concentration of vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients. It is a source of vitamin E, antioxidants and other micronutrients useful in the fight against free radicals and the effects of aging.

It can help keep cholesterol at an optimal level, it can help prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, improving the immune system. It is yellow, has a sweet taste and a nutty aroma. Because it has a very high burning point, it can be used without any frying.

Easter
Contrary to popular belief, pasta should not be avoided in the diet. It's true, not all pasta is recommended to be consumed during this period, but there are several categories that will ensure the necessary fiber intake for your body. For example, if you are not sure what type of wheat contains white pasta (hard or soft wheat), it is best to focus on whole wheat pasta, which has a higher fiber content than white pasta.

It is also not advisable to eat pasta several times a day, and no more than three, four times a week. Another important detail is the way the pasta is cooked: regardless of the pasta assortment you choose, it is advisable to boil them & quotal dente & quot, so to speak, as hard as possible.

Fruit cake, yogurt and biscuits & # 8211 a light dessert, prepared quickly!

I'm far from an expert in sweets. I mean making sweets, because I've been eating the black belt for several years. Come to think of it, I haven't tried many dessert recipes in my life. To give you an idea, so far I've done this: apple pie, cake and recently I tested my missing skills with two cakes. Recently, that is, at the beginning of the year when I made a chocolate cake, according to a recipe from my aunt. The second cake I was referring to is one with fruit, yogurt and biscuits, according to a recipe from my mother.

I really like sweets and I don't know what I would do without them. Without exaggerating, I think I could quit smoking again rather than give up sugar. But in that case, I would have to start smoking again and then quit again, and that's even more complicated.

Fruit cake, yogurt and biscuits

I love light desserts and if possible with as few calories as possible. Mhm, exactly, I don't even want the impossible. I still remember when I ate the good cake with fruit, yogurt and biscuits prepared by my mother - so fine, perfectly sweet and light. It's 21:00 when I write this and I salivate a little because I remember it was love at the first teaspoon tasted. I also have a picture of the magic cake from that time, you can find it in this article.

The first time I took my heart in my teeth and tried to make this cake, it turned out very well. Admittedly, the recipe does not require much experience, star dust or special skill. The ingredients are few and I think it takes longer to cut the fruit than to make the cake itself. It should take you about 20 minutes to get it ready to put in the fridge. Well, the first time it took me about two hours to do it, with my mother on WhatsApp. Well, beginner. It lasted longer, but it was worth it because it turned out very well. I've done it since then and the second and third time and I already feel like I'm doing better and faster.

Now let's do a little challange. I leave you the recipe and you tell me how long it took you to prepare it. Let's see if anyone breaks my two-hour record.

Cake recipe and preparation method

For the fruit cake with yogurt and biscuits you need the following ingredients (for a saucepan with a diameter of 20-22 cm).

  • Approximate 200-250 grams of biscuits
  • fruits (kiwi, orange, pineapple or whatever you like best)
  • 200 grams unsweetened cream for whipped cream
  • 300 grams yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet gelatine

Cut the fruit into slices or cubes. Each biscuit is cut in half (to decrease the height of the cake). The gelatin is soaked and used as written on the sachet. The cream is mixed with the two tablespoons of vanilla sugar until firm. Add the yogurt. Heat the already hydrated gelatin in a bain-marie until completely diluted. Pour the gelatin over the cream and yogurt, mixing vigorously to incorporate evenly.

Wallpaper a stainless steel pot with a diameter of 20-22 cm with transparent foil. Place the biscuits on the edge. Place the decorated fruits on the bottom of the pot. Then spread a layer of cream, add fruit and then biscuits, then another layer of cream and so on, until the composition is exhausted. The cake will stay in the fridge for 4-5 hours or until the next day. The cake is then turned over on a nice platter from Ambition Romania and the foil is removed.

Secret experiments of communist Romania. The Pyramid of Pitesti

In Pitesti, hidden from prying eyes, a bizarre building rises on the outskirts of the city. It's old, rusty, barely standing. You can see her running from the car on the city ring road. But in order to reach it, you have to go through the treatment plant, to spin among the pools with dirty, rippling water, to face the heavy smell. Go east, to the bank of Argeş.

And all of a sudden, you'll see her. It's a metal and glass pyramid. A faithful copy of the Great Pyramid of Cheops. On a scale of 1 to 10. It was built in the 80s of last century. And he has an incredible story. A story about the human mind that causes the Unknown, about scientific miracles and phenomena at the limit of knowledge.

Once upon a time, this pyramid was an advanced research laboratory. Today, its doors are locked. Dust and forgetfulness spread in thicker layers. Looking at her, you feel like a Stalker in Tarkowski's Zone, gathering fragments of alien technology from the trash. Who had a roadside picnic? An amazing woman named Marioara Godeanu.

Marioara Godeanu's "hidden agenda"

When it comes to the Pyramid of Prundu, some still speak in whispers, implying that this National Fundamental Research Laboratory was built by the Army or the secret services. In fact, the truth is different. Much more interesting. Imagine that we went back in time, to the 80s. The last ten years of the Ceausescu regime. It was the age of the peace struggle that never left stone upon stone. The years of the world energy crisis, when "independent" Romania was on the verge of death to find new sources of energy, adapting, innovating.

Sometimes innovations were ridiculous. Like the buses with those gas tanks on the roof, you said they were rocket carriers. Like Păunescu's poems about peasants feeding the light bulb on the mill wheel.

But, most of the time, Romanian researchers really squeezed their brains, laying the foundation stones of respectable industries, such as atomic energy. In this era of effervescence, Dr. Marioara Godeanu, head of a research team at the Central Institute of Biology, receives approval to start a cutting-edge experiment in Pitesti. It was about the construction of a biological treatment plant for wastewater, which used as a "filter" the Egyptian water lily, a plant that could fix sediments.

The resulting biomass was to fertilize the soils around Albota. Raised by powerful pumps, the water reached the tanks placed at the top of the building, from where, through a labyrinth of canals with greenery, it flowed, slowly, purifying itself. So far, nothing spectacular. Nothing eccentric, out of communist orthodoxy. Really ?

I overlooked a small detail. The shape of the treatment plant was to be pyramidal. Why ? We dare to believe that Dr. Marioara Godeanu had "a hidden agenda". He was passionate about pyramids.

Time is afraid of pyramids

The pyramid - what an amazing shape! How much stability does it give to a construction & # 8230 The Great Pyramid of Cheops, which serious historians date to around 2700 BC. (And the & # 8230 visionaries, according to astronomical calculations, say it is 12,000 years old!), it has withstood the test of time, retaining its greatness even today.

Placed on a square plane, with a side of 240 m, it has a height of 146 m, encompassing 2.3 million stone blocks, each weighing 2-3 tons. Raised by the initiatory confraternities of builders, who worked on it all their lives! For two hundred years, the pyramid has been heating up the spirits and provoking controversy. It happened in the time of Napoleon (who slept one night alone in the pyramid, and then forbade the soldiers to ask him what it was like & # 8230), it happens today.

In vain does the gentleman in the hat, the Egyptian official we see on Discovery, try to tell us that the pyramid was a simple tomb. Tomb lined up after the stars, with the "golden" numbers of mathematicians in proportion? It's a simple coincidence, old-fashioned Egyptologists shouted.

But the strange phenomena that are recorded in the pyramids, at a base third and a peak two, in the mortuary? They are not statistically reproducible in laboratory conditions, the respectable scientists replied. Dr. Marioara Godeanu was aware of this dispute. She knew that in the 1970s, a Czech had patented a cardboard pyramid that sharpened the razor blades placed under it.

He knew that by placing miniature pyramids under the bed, the sleep of one who rests there became deeper and calmer. He had seen that the food kept perfectly under a glass pyramid, and a diseased plant healed faster. Everything suggested that there was a "pyramid effect", a change in the spatio-temporal continuum under the influence of the shape of this object. Ultimately, Einstein had shown that the "canvas of the universe" could be "wrinkled" by very large objects. And then, Dr. Marioara Godeanu decided to build a pyramid-laboratory. Even under the "mask" of a sewage treatment plant.

Dowsing and sausage measurements

We certainly don't know what happened next. Some speak of closed files, comprising thousands of pages, the fruit of the experiences in the Pyramid. Eyewitnesses, with whom we were able to talk, assured us that the station was working very well, the plants growing almost miraculously.

Even new directions of research had opened up - towards the pharmaceutical industry. The influence of the crystallization phenomenon from supersaturated solutions was studied, in terms of the number of germs and their size, noticing significant differences depending on the area of the pyramid in which the crystallizer is placed.

A number of dowsing measurements suggested that the interior space was in some way structured. It has been seen that the polymerization rate of some epoxy resins increases. And, over all these strictly objective experiments, hundreds of subjective impressions: feelings of well-being, of peace for those inside. Even today it is about sick guards who, sleeping in the pyramid, have recovered or, even more amazingly, about sterile women who have become mothers! Leaving aside the rumors, let's mention the experiment with beehives placed on hives, in which honey production increased significantly.

There was a real "fashion" of the pyramids, handmade from cardboard or only with copper sides - people noticed how the taste of the water kept in the pyramid, the fruits, the meat changed, actually re-learning what their ancestors, the Dacians, knew and apply for a long time - sausages are best kept in the pyramidal bridge, smoke and dry!

Hypotheses, hypotheses & # 8230

How can all this be explained? What gate in the Unknown opens the pyramid? Marioara Godeanu's team, but also other researchers (and enthusiasts & # 8230) from all over the world have formulated various explanatory hypotheses:

1. There is a universal, cosmic field, a vibration, a "music of the spheres", which the pyramid accentuates, functioning as a "waveguide", as a transmitting and receiving antenna. Perhaps also because the ratio that characterizes the pyramid, the ratio between the side of the base square and the height is 1,618, the golden number, the proportion that is found, as a mark of God, in all the living world.

2. The vibration of the pyramid interacts with the components of matter. For example, flower essences are greatly amplified, crystals grow, water loses the taste of chlorine. The microfields of living organisms (highlighted by the Cyrillic type photograph) are modified by the vibration of the pyramid.

Why did the research stop?

After the Revolution, the Prundu Pyramid was no longer used. The reasons are not hard to guess - Bucharest research institutes have run out of funding. Gradually, researchers were forced to look for other areas of activity. Romanian research, like entire industries, has ended up in the trash. Money was barely found to pay for maintenance. Surprisingly, the scrap metal makers did not rush to make the pyramid. Today, it resists structurally and mysteriously meets the dawn, waiting for better times. Times when private companies are interested in an investment in knowledge.

Even new directions of research had opened up - towards the pharmaceutical industry.

Piramida alimentara: painea, cerealele, orezul, pastele

Painea
Atentie, insa!
