Bavarian salad

It's a simple salad I saw at Euforia Cuisine.

  • 250 g cheese
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon acacia honey
  • 1 teaspoon mint
  • 1 creamy yogurt
  • salt, ground pepper

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Bavarian salad:

Mix the yogurt well with the honey and mint.

Peel an apple, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and half an orange. The other half is cut into slices and used for garnish.

Cut the cheese into cubes, then mix with the apple and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
