We really like tiramisu, but with fruit, not the original Tiramisu recipe. I usually syrup it with compote juice, but this time, for me, I syruped it with coffee and I really started to like the aroma of coffee: D not only in the biscuit, but also in the morning. For my boys, I also syrup it with compote juice, because that's what it's required :))
- 1 large package of biscuits
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 ml fresh
- 5 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
- peaches in compote
- Pineapple in compote or whatever other fruit you like, can be fresh fruit
- 250 ml of coffee
- 3 tablespoons cocoa

Mix the yolks with the sugar, then bring to a boil in a bain-marie until the sugar is no longer felt. Separately mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt. then marscapone, then incorporate with a wooden spoon the yolk cream and mix. Mix the whipped cream and mix with the yolk cream and marscapone. Cut the peaches and pineapple into small cubes and drain them in a colander. Wallpaper the bottom of the bowl in which we want to make the cake with biscuits given through coffee. Pour half of the cream over the biscuits, then put the fruit, another layer of biscuits syruped with coffee and the rest of the cream.
Top with cocoa powder and let cool for at least 2 hours, if you have patience :)) Serve with gusto !!!!
